Master Bedroom: Featuring a 160cm wide bed (made in Latvia), an en suite bathroom with both a separate bath and shower, and a washing machine with built in dryer for your convenience. This bedroom also includes a generous walk-in closet. An air conditioner ensures a comfortable atmosphere.

Second and Third Bedroom: Includes a comfortable 140cm wide bed (also made in Latvia).

Bathrooms:

The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom offers a bath, separate shower, and washing machine.
The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and is accessible from the hall (not attached to a bedroom).

Living Area:

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The room is kept cool with an air conditioner.
The living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area, creating a warm and inviting space for socialising.

Kitchen:

Equipped with cooking basics, dishes, cutlery, a fridge, electric stove, and oven, the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

The building includes an elevator, ensuring easy access to the apartment.

Other things to note

PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.

We recommend:

Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).

Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).

Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
