The space

This stylish apartment includes a kitchen area with basic cooking equipment (electric stove with two burners, fridge with a small freezer, electric kettle, microwave, nespresso machine, dishes and cutlery, pans and pots), bathroom with a shower, queen size bed and a dining table, large closet for storing your belongings. There is Wi-Fi and a 32" SMART TV (no cable TV, you can use streaming services like Netflix, YouTube and others).

Other things to note

Be aware that the apartment is located in the middle of Old Town, which is quite lively during the restaurant/bar season, so some noise from the street is to be expected during the weekends.

Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information)

The apartment is located on the third floor (first floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.

The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.

The building is located at the beginning of a pedestrian street and there is no parking by the building. There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.

There is cheaper street parking within 7-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).

Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.

Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.
