Bon rapport qualité-prix, logement très bien situé et spacieux (seule la cabine de douche est très étroite). Cependant il y a un peu de bruit le soir au niveau de la chambre, nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes (tâche sur les couvertures et fuite d'eau) toutefois, le propriétaire a été réactif et nous avons eu une compensation avec l'assistance Airbnb.

Logement idéalement situé. Au cœur de la vieille ville, il correspond bien aux photos et au descriptif. Le problème est que nous avons eu froid. Les chauffages étaient coupés et le sèche serviette HS, c’est dommage que l’hôte n’est pas essayé de nous aider à trouver une solution quand nous lui en avons parlé, surtout que les couettes du lit étaient très fines… Et sinon comme vu dans les commentaires précédents il est vrai que la cabine de douche est assez étroite.

I would highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is spacious with a large main bedroom and large living area with a fold out couch. The bathroom and shower are good and having a washer/dryer was very helpful mid-trip. The location is fantastic in the Riga old town. All major attractions are a close walk away. While there aren’t any public transport options within the old town, there are bus and tram routes a short walk away. The host is very responsive and helpful. The check in (lockbox) instructions are very clear and easy to follow. We didn’t have any problems throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

O anfitrião deu-nos instruções muito fáceis e claras, o que permitiu que fosse tudo muito fácil. O apartamento é fantástico e tem tudo o que é preciso. A limpeza estava 5*. O único reparo a fazer é o facto de só haver 1 rolo e meio de papel higiénico e éramos duas pessoas… Valeu o dinheiro que pagamos por ele.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this Airbnb. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, yet in a quiet area. The electric heater was a great addition, keeping us warm during the chilly nights. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and overall, the place had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here!

Het is een mooi appartement, centraal gelegen en toch is het een redelijk rustige buurt. Het meeste is aanwezig. De keuken is sober ingericht met betrekking tot zelf koken: één pan en één (oudere) koekenpan. Uit eten gaan was voor ons niet mogelijk dus we hebben het ermee gedaan. De communicatie met Roberts was niet optimaal: toen we aangaven dat iets niet werkte, zei hij dat anderen er geen klachten over hadden gehad. We hebben wel genoten van het appartement en van Riga. Vooral de Art Deco huizen zijn fantastisch om te zien, een aanrader!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przestronne, ładnie wykończone, duże mieszkanie z dużymi oknami zmieniającymi dużo światła. Ciemne zasłony dobrze separują od światła miasta kiedy chcesz iść spać. Sam gospodarz zapewnia bardzo jasne instrukcje, jest proaktywny w komunikacji. Bardzo dobre restauracje w pobliżu. Jednym mankamentem były tępe noże, niewyprany koc oraz środki czystości wyłącznie na jeden dzień.

I especially appreciated the spotlights - many airbnbs lack them, giving you only the sterile main light and no reading lamps or cosier mood lights. This place had really nice reading lamps in bedroom and spotlights in livingroom. I visited this place with my two sons. Master bed is big enough to share with a family member or a friend, and couch is big enough for sleeping. Roberts provided us three separate bed linen sets. All good, I recommend! I also recommend Riga motor museum :)

I cannot fault this place at all. It’s in a wonderful location close to the action of Riga old town. It is well equipped and as described. The host is super responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Small tip, if you’re using the pull out couch bring an eye mask to keep the light out. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is exactly like it looked like on three pictures. I thought it would be quite tiny but it turned out being way bigger than i expected. Everything was very clean. I highly recommend to check put Roberts guides, they had very useful information. The instructions for the check in were very good and easy to undestand. It was a bit noisy in the evening but bad at all since the area wasn’t that busy. The location was great, everything was in a short walking distance.

Roberts's place was really nice ( and a great find on the Airbnb website) and I felt safe staying there - I was staying by myself as I was visiting my son who lives in Riga. And it was in the BEST location !!! - within easy walking distance to many of the great bars, restaurants, shops and many of the great tourist 'attractions.' I would highly recommend Roberts's place who communicated well with me - sent very easy to follow check instructions with pictures which I found reassuring and helpful I would definitely stay there again !! Ubytování odpovídalo fotografiím, bylo čisté a velmi příjemné. Měli jsme tam vše, co jsme potřebovali. Jen bych rád upozornil, že o víkendu ve vedlejším bytě probíhala "párty" kterou jsme museli v 1 ráno uklidnit, abychom s dětmi mohli spát, ale to není chyba bytu.

Home away from home! I travel to Latvia a couple of times a year and this place is by far my favourite airbnb. Contrary to most places I have stayed at, the apartment is actually bigger in real life compared to photos. We had a very good nights sleep, bed and pillows are comfy and street is pretty quiet (at least in January). We stayed here in the middle of winter the biggest selling point to my was the availability of additional heater. Wifi is very good and table and chairs are comfortable enough if you are planning on doing any work. It also has a good full length mirror so you can see how amazing you look every day before you leave! ☺️
