Newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment located in a lively and accessible neighborhood – just 5 minute walk from the train station and the bus station, and the Old Town is right around the corner. Despite its central location, the place is quiet, so you will be able to feel sense of calm.
This freshly renovated 19 square meter studio apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Riga - two comfortable single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed, fresh sheets and towels, Wi-Fi, small kitchen with fridge, stove and basic equipment for cooking, coffee machine, filtered drinking water, bathroom with a shower and toilet and all the basic necessities.
The TV is now functioning and you can use our Netflix account or other streaming platforms with your own accounts.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is no elevator.
It is a small apartment - 17 square meters.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
There is paid street parking by the building - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
