Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment had everything I needed for a few nights, it was in a great condition and tidy. Great location. On a warm day, the apartment does get very warm as well. If you want to open windows at night, you may hear all kinds of city noises from outside. Personally, I wasn't bothered.

El departamento queda ubicado frente a un bello parque y muy cerca de la estación de buses. Tienes que ir dispuest@ a subir tu equipaje 5 pisos porque no cuenta con ascensor. Hospedaje muy bien equipado. Una de las camas el colchón es muy delgado por lo que al acostarse sientes la madera de la cama. El resto todo muy bien.

Vše proběhlo skvěle (umístění bydlení, bylo čistě uklizeno, parádní komunikace). jediná malá chyba byla, že v koupelně zapáchala sprcha druhý a třetí den, jinak vše perfektní a s klidným srdcem bych doporučil.

The apartment was not perfectly clean, the floor wasn’t vacuumed and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. However, if i closed the door and opened the windows, it was okay. Considering the price, it’s hard to complain.

good for basic short stay, looks like in pictures and is priced so that it feels fair/good deal. only issue is bathroom, something is wrong with water drain or plumbing so unless you want bathroom floor to have tons of water, normal shower is not possible. quick wash is somewhat possible but not convenient. For short stay it wasnt a big problem and all the positive aspects for example very clear direstions how to find a place etc. Everything described properly, no misleading, unclear or untimaly directions which means even if you are in a new place and tired or whatever you can still find your apartment and get in fast, which is very important. One of the beds maybe was a bit too uncomfortable like not good mattress (felt like maybe too old?), but i slept on other side which was better. big tv, watched youtube from bed and rested up. functional kitchen and some storage space. also very warm apartment and can regulate how warm you like it. overall i would say 4+ out of five. Recommended

Leider ein Problem mit der Dusche, da die Duschwand undicht war und ständig Wasser im Badezimmer stand. Der Abfluss hat nach wenigen Stunden wo er nicht benützt wurde extrem nach Kanal gestunken. Das Problem wurde jedoch gut gelöst. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft toll!

Great location! Apartment is really nice, clean and hotel like cozy. Everything from sight seeing, movies, restaurants and grocery stores are near - we walked all week every where. Area is beautiful! The only problem with apartment and our stay was the shower. After every shower the floor of bathroom is floating. It was annoying but also stressful. Everything else was still so good (and price of stay is not that bad) so I can recommend to stay here.

Ainoa miinus oli tunkkainen tuoksu vessassa/suihkutilassa, suihkun lattiakaivo veti myös vähän huonosti. Olin ystäväni kanssa matkalla ja olimme molemmat tyytyväisiä majoitukseen.

Es ist ein zentralgelegenes Apartment. Super für einen Kurztrip in Riga. Küchenzeile wurde nicht genutzt. Aber man sollte darauf achten, dass Lüfter im Bad nicht ausgeschaltet wird, sonst kommt es zu unangenehmem Geruch. Die Duschamaturen im Bad könnten ein Upgrade vertragen. Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

The apartment was nice, clean, warm, and conveniently located about 10 minutes from the old town. Although it was small, it was comfortable enough for two people for a few nights. One thing that needs fixing, and the reason I removed one star, is the shower. It leaked quite a bit (it’s raised above the floor level and doesn’t close properly), so we had to spend a lot of time cleaning up puddles on the floor. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, the host was always responsive, and once the shower issue is resolved, we can only recommend it.

Excellent first experience at an Airbnb. Good ammeneties and close to all everything you would wish to see in Riga. If I had plans to stay longer I would have loved to. Kitchen was especially nice with everything you would need if you wanted to eat at home rather than go out and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was brand new and nice. 10/10 worth the money and highly recommend. For others planning to book though, be sure to not back too heavy luggage as the apartment is on 5th floor.

Good location, close to the old town and many restaurants. Central station also is around the corner and there's a lot of street parking available. Place itself is very small, so would be a better fit for a short stay but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside - noticeable smell of sewage coming from shower. Apart from that, would recommend to anyone coming to visit Riga!

Všechno odpovídalo popisu i vybaveno bytu. Hostitel reagoval velmi rychle na každý náš dotaz a byl velmi ochotný. Ještě bych zdůraznila lokalitu ubytování - vše bylo velmi dobře dostupné i pěšky. Být se nachází v centru města a byl za velmi dostupnou cenu. Jediné mínus byl zapáchající odpad z koupelny, ale nic co by nevyřešilo větrání. Mohu jen doporučit.

For a short stay the apartment is very good. Small but well furnished. Strong Wifi, good for remote working. Location is great, very quiet area and at walk distance to main attractions. The apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no lift/elevator, I didn't mind doing some free extra exercise, but other guests may think different.
