Great location for both the Old Town and Central Riga. Modern, safe and clean. The second bedroom does not have a door, but this was not a problem for us. The linen was clean and when requested additional linen, the host responded immediately. If you need a TV then I would request assistance from the host. WiFi was great which allowed us to access Netflix, maps etc. My son and friend will be travelling to Riga in the summer and have recommended this apartment to him. FABULOUS !

The location was great, close to several museum including the WW2 Museum, down the road and several minute walk to the Black Heads and others. The neighbouring is very quiet and peaceful. Check in and check out instructors are clear and easy to follow, had no issues with this process which was nice and easy. The apartment is cosy and good for a few day stay.

We did not stay in the original place we booked due to an issue the host had. Instead we were offered better accommodation at no extra cost. It was a more central location but still within easy walking distance for everything we wanted to see. The place appeared to be brand new and was immaculate. We did have a few issues to begin with but Roberts was super quick to resolve them for us. I think this was to be expected because it was so new. The place was warm and both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We did not experience any noise whatsoever and there was everything you needed for our stay. I would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Riga. We had a great time.

The apartment is situated in the very heart of Rīga’s old town with all the highlights right at your doorstep. The apartment is accessible only by stairs and though it is located in the city center it is very quiet. The property can hold 3 people, there is one master bedroom and one smaller room with a single bed (this room has no door nor curtain). The kitchen is spacious and clean, be it basic with very limited kitchen utensils. The bathroom too is spacious and clean and is even equipped with a washing machine. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung für einen kurzen Städtetrip in Riga. Die Wohnung war wir beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und einwandfrei sauber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Roberts hat immer schnell geantwortet und hilfreiche Anweisungen gegeben. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out lief reibungslos und es gab sogar die Möglichkeit das Gepäck vor dem Check-In in die Wohnung zu bringen und es auch nach dem Check-Out noch für ein paar Stunden in der Wohnung lassen zu können. Das hat uns sehr geholfen da wir sowohl eine frühe An- als auch eine späte Abreise hatten. Schlussendlich war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar und wir würden wieder buchen! :)

Overall would recommend. Fantastic location close to the bus stop (to get to the airport) and 5 mins away from lots of restaurants and small supermarkets. We also felt safe coming back home late as it's located just off a busier road (without the noise). 4 stars and not 5 as we were told a time for check in and the room wasn't ready at that time (although Roberts was quick to then get the room prepared whilst we went away and came back).

Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, die Straße ist aber ruhig, so dass man nachts bzw. abends nichts vom Lärm aus den Bars mitkriegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, wurde wahrscheinlich vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert. Fast alles Nötige ist vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Uns hat nur ein bisschen eine Mikrowelle und ein Backofen gefehlt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage direkt in der Allstadt. Der Check in per Schlüsselbox hat prima funktioniert und die Wohnung war sauber. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass eine der beiden Pfannen nicht für den Induktionsherd geeignet ist und demnach nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten ist Roberts sehr zuvorkommend und antwortet schnell.

Tenía lavarropas(traer tus propios pods). El baño era amplio, pero la ducha no tenía mucha presión de agua. En resumen, recomendable y me volvería a hospedar.

Roberts' apartment is as described. It's in a great location and very easy to access. The apartment was very clean. The floor was warm, even though we were there in sub-zero temperatures outside, and there was a backup electric heater. To offer some constructive criticism, the number of towels was a bit scarce, and we would have appreciated having shampoo in addition to the shower gel. For tall people, the bed duvets are a bit small. Also, I would suggest adding blackout curtains in the room with the auxiliary bed. But I would stay there again without hesitation.

The place was very clean and warm despite the cold weather. It had all the necessities like towels, shower gel and kitchen appliances. I really appreciated the flexible check-in since I arrived quite late. Even though the location was very central, it was very quiet. There were however two things that should be fixed: the shower head was leaking water and one of the lamps near the bed was broken and just hanging on its cord from the wall. Nevertheless it was overall a great stay and I would for sure recommend it!

There wasn’t any clear method of altering the temperature of the apartment during our stay. It was very hot and few times during the night, though there is a fan to make it more comfortable.

Nice and clean apartment in a good location. Apartment was warm in the middle of winter and the bed was comfortable. There were three of us but beds were made only for two persons. I wrote a message to the host and he answered immediately and brought us the missing sheets in the same evening. There was no microwave or oven in the apartment. So if you want cook your own food, note that the cooking possibilities are limited. Otherwise apartment was really great and I recommend it :)
