Hintansa arvoinen majoitus. Täydellinen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa, bussiasemallekin vain n. 10 minuutin kävelymatka. Rauhallinen paikka, ei häiritsevää meteliä kadulta. Viestintä oli sujuvaa ja nopeaa, ohjeet selkeät. Asunto oli kuvien mukainen, puhtaat pyyhkeet ja petivaatteet, muutenkin siisti. Kuitenkin yhden tähden otin pois kokonaisuudesta kun jotain parannettavaa asunnossa oli, mm. toisen vessanpytyn istuin puuttui kokonaan, toisen vessanpytyn istuin oli irtoamaisillaan ja keittiönkaappien ovet roikkuivat saranoillaan. Mm tuollaiset pienet korjaukset kun tekisi niin täysi 5/5 asunto

Pienehkö keittiö ja niukat ruoanvalmistusvälineet isommalle porukalle. Kahvinkeitin puuttuu, joka on todella suuri miinus. Kaksi vessaa iso plussa. Huoneisto on suurempi, mitä kuvat antavat ymmärtää. Kesällä kuuma, ilmanvaihto ei kovin suorituskykyinen.

Täydellinen kohde Riikaan! Asunto on keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia ja kaikkialle pääsee helposti kävellen. Majoittajalta sai selkeät ohjeet asunnon löytämiseen ja sisään pääsemiseen. Saimme jättää laukut asuntoon ennen check-inniä ja check-outin jälkeen, mikä helpotti matkustamista. Asunto sopi perheelle. Ainoaa miinusta siitä, että astioita oli heikonpuoleisesti 4 hengelle, esim. vain 2 isoa lusikkaa. Suosittelen tätä asuntoa ja majoittajaa!

Sijainti on rauhallinen (ei meteliä kadulta yms.), ja myös talo on hyvin hiljainen. Parisänky oli hyvä ja miellyttävän pehmeä. Viiden hengen perheelle keittiö ja ruuanlaittomahdollisuudet ovat hieman vaatimattomat. Tämä oli toki tiedossa ja kävi ilmi kuvista ja kuvauksesta. Olimme kuitenkin tyytyväisiä ja tulisimme mielellämme uudestaankin!

Schöne FeWo in der Rigaer Altstadt über einer Pizzeria. Hat alles was man benötigt, auch wenn die Küche eher spartanisch eingerichtet ist. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine und keine Geschirrhandtücher. Die Schranktüren müssten auch dringend nach justiert werden. Im Bad fehlte ein Klodeckel. Ansonsten sehr sauber, ruhige Lage und auch keine Geruchsbelästigung auf Grund der Lage über der Pizzaria. Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns trotz der oben beschriebenen Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt.

The apartment was just as described in the listing. It was clean enough and located in the city center, close to restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots. Even though it’s in a central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, which made it feel like a proper home. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. One thing to note this isn’t directly related to the apartment, but more about Riga in general is that the heating system is turned off around the end of April. Since Riga is quite far north, it can still get cold at night, especially in May. A small electric heater would be a nice addition. I wouldn’t call this a complaint, more of a suggestion for improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks to the host!

This is a very nice apartment, it looks exactly like the photos. It’s centrally located, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and warm (which was especially important for me), with two toilets and a fully equipped kitchen. I needed to move around the city a lot, and the location was also perfect in terms of public transportation. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. I arrived late at night and had no trouble checking in. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this place for a weekend and it was conveniently located in the city center. The Airbnb is spacious and exactly as shown on pictures. We were missing some bed linen for the sleeping couches and the host came with extra linen 15 minutes after asking for it. Can recommend the place.

Our visit in riga and in this apartment was really pleasant. It was really clean and extremely spacious. It was bigger than we tought, especially the high room height make it very spacious and comfortable to be in. we stayed here in winter and still it was really warm, we did not get cold at anytime. the 2 bathrooms makes it really useful, even for bigger companies. And overall the apartment was really big, it probably fits 6 persons nicely. only downside was the kinda small fridge especially for big groups, probably going to run out of space for drinks etc. otherwise really nice and we recommend this! if we ever visit riga again, probably looking for this apartment. thank you!

The flat is much larger than we expected, with excellent access to all of the key sights. Communication was easy and overall it was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was the kitchen, it’s very basic, if you wanted to prepare meals you’d struggle, more so if there were more than two people.

This modern apartment in Old Town was clean, basic, and spacious. It’s conveniently located on a relatively quiet street. Check-in was easy and the host was responsive. We arrived to Rīga early and were able to arrange baggage storage prior to our arrival. There is one bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the apartment. The kitchen is basic, but has what you need for a short stay.

Great apartment and a very attentive host. I am from Riga and was visiting my family with my partner so wanted to stay separate, apartment is perfectly located in Old town so walking distance from main attractions and museums, but not in the loud part of it where parties and tourists would disrupt sleep. Several small food stores within 1-2 minute walk, about a 5 minute walk from a shopping center Galerija Centrs. Plenty of restaurants nearby, public transport 5 minute walk from the apartment. Very easy to check in, great size, two bathrooms, smart TV, small kitchen, everything we wanted and for an amazing price.

We were 5 people who booked the place, but there were not 5 of everything necessary in the flat. However, Roberts was responsive and came to the apartment on the same day to deliver the pair of sheets missing. Notable that there were not many amenities there, and what we appreciated most was a place to sleep in central Riga.

Trotz der zentralen Lage in der Altstadt war es abends leise und wir konnten in Ruhe schlafen. Bei unseren nächsten Besuch in Riga werden wir gerne wieder hier übernachten.

The apartment was great, really clean and easy to get into as I'd received clear instructions to enter. It did have amenities as described and some extra blankets and duvets. We did have some issues in regarding the restaurant below with the noise as they were blaring music on the first night we arrived and the last night to the point where we left and stayed at the hotel down the street. I would like to say though that we did contact Roberts about this but there was nothing he could do. I would say take this into account if you decide to stay here. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and definitely worth the value.
