Overall a good stay. It was generally clean and comfortable with excellent communication and an outstanding location. Disappointing factors include that it is a very dark apartment with almost zero natural light and ventilation (no fan in place of air-con). Opening the window was possible but meant listening constantly to the buzzing of external fans, which was frustrating.

The place is really quite lovely and it's basically a studio. it looks exactly like the pictures. but what you're really paying for is the location. this flat is easily within 10 to 15 minute walking distance from every Old Town attraction and the canals. it is a little bit of a walking distance to the library and I would recommend if you're going to go to the other side of the river that you probably use a bolt. but if you plan on staying on this side of the river, this location is going to get you everything you want great for one traveler definitely could do two definitely can't do three or more remarkably soft bed.

I stayed one night here, the flat was like a small modern hotel room, with a courtyard view towards the backside of other buildings. There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, keep that in mind. It has all the necessities and a decent kitchenette area. However the shower has black mould building up here and there, had to pressure wash the bottom to remove some of it before stepping in there. Pets are allowed in the building, and my next door neighbor had a little excited dog that barks at noise or new comers, but that didn’t bother me. Communication was easy with the company and they allowed me to store my luggage in the room after check out. For a short stay, I do recommend the place.

The place was wonderful, cozy, well furnished and warm at the arrival. The cleaning has been done perfectly too. Its position, in the middle of hold town, allows you to reach anywhere within minutes, and it is also close to the main means of transportation to go to nearest shopping malls or station for day trips. The only thing is that I would provide some single portion of coffee other than tea (but not that important after all). The communication was proactive and efficient. No problems at all. I would definitely recommend it .

Great clear and accurate check in instructions. Nothing to do with the apartment, but would highly recommend a visit to the Skyline Bar 26th floor, Radisson Blu Hotel. Bit of a warning, opens daily 15.00, we got there too early, but was not a problem. We killed time by going for a coffee and a bun.

Die Wohnung in Riga-Mitte ist super geeignet für einen Kurztrip in diese wunderschöne Stadt! Zentraler geht es nicht und die Wohnung ist - obwohl sie klein ist, wie sie ja beschrieben wird - richtig durchdacht eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Wie in Altstadt-Wohnungen üblich, braucht das Warmwasser etwas, bis es ankommt. Aber da ich selbst jahrelang in einer Altstadt-Wohnung gelebt habe, war mir das schon bekannt und daher auch kein Problem ☺️ Der Check In ist dank klarer Beschreibung sehr einfach! War für mich alles in allem eine super Erfahrung.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Riga und ist sehr gut mit der Tram zu erreichen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung und können zu Fuß entdeckt werden. Die Wohnung an sich war grundsätzlich sauber (ein paar Defizite im Bad) und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Besteck und Geschirr müssen allerdings täglich gespült werden, da es gerade so für zwei Personen vorhanden ist. Hier hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr gewünscht, war aber nicht schlimm. Info für Leute, die Wäsche waschen wollen: Es gibt keinen Wäscheständer. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es ruhig, allerdings wird die Ruhe in Apartment, das zum Hinterhof geht, regelmäßig von einer außen liegenden Lüftungsanlage gestört. Bei offenem Fenster ist das ziemlich laut. Die Kommunikation mit Roberts war gut, er war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf und etwas Anliegen reagiert. Wir konnten auch schon früher in die Unterkunft als geplant. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut.

With our late night arrival we were looking for a hassle-free check-in. With the clear instructions it was easy for us to get inside without bothering anyone. Apartment was very local to amenities and shops. We had great access to all of Old Town Riga. The one downside is that the windows are on the inside of the building overlooking a small square. This doesn't affect the functionality and cleanliness of the airbnb. Overall, well worth the price paid.

Das schöne kleine Apartment liegt sehr zentral am Rande der Altstadt, es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Roberts ist ein super Gastgeber, der sofort antwortet und klare Anweisungen zum Check-In etc. gibt. Ich konnte sogar mein Gepäck schon vor der Check-Inn Zeit abstellen, was sehr hilfreich war. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und ist super für einen Städtetrip nach Riga. Das Gebäude an sich ist etwas hellhörig, sodass man ab und an Geräusche vernimmt, aber das hat mich nicht weiter gestört. Ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
