This 15 sq. meter (160 sq. feet) apartment includes:
- Comfortable double bed (140cm) with pillows and fresh bed linen;
- fast internet;
- fold out table which can be used as dining table or workspace;
- a small kitchen equipped with a small electric stove (1 burner), microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, french press, pot and a pan, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils;
- there is no sink in the kitchen, but the bathroom (which includes a sink) is located right next to the kitchen;
- washing machine;
- heating during the heating season (early October until late April);
- bathroom with a shower, shampoo, towels and hairdryer;
- iron and ironing board.
The neighbourhood
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to entire unit.
Other things to note
There is paid street parking available by the building. It costs 3.00 EUR/h, it is for free on workdays from 20:00-08:00, on Saturdays from 17:00 and whole Sunday is for free.
You can also use Origo underground parking on Stacijas laukums 4, it costs 14 euros for 24 hours.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Apartment is located on the second floor floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor). The window is facing inner courtyard, there is no view, but it protects the apartment from street noise and from heating up in summer sun.
