1 Bathroom Welcome to our cozy apartment in the center of Riga! Located on the fifth floor of a building near the Old Town, this well equipped 17 square meter apartment can accommodate up to two guests. It is located next to Vērmane garden and is 10 minutes walking distance from Old Town.
The apartment is equipped with two single beds which can be put together to form a double bed. The small space also includes a walk-in closet where you can store your belongings, a small kitchen and a private bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker (can place 1 pan or a pot at a time), microwave, fridge with a small freezer, electric kettle, a pan and a pot, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery - everything needed to make a quick meal.
There is no dining table, but you can use the bed tray to have a relaxed meal while in the bed.
5Ghz Wi-Fi is provided (the speed is 90Mbps on average, if your device supports 5Ghz, 25Mbps if your device does not support 5Ghz).
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building and there is no elevator.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and 8 minute walk from Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-10 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 10 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to entire unit
Apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is no elevator.
It is a small apartment - 17 square meters.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
There is paid street parking by the building - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
