1 Bathroom Enjoy local flavour from this comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, which is located just few steps from the main square of Old Town Riga, overlooked by the tower of the Dome Cathedral. Numerous parks, restaurants, coffee shops and all the main tourist attractions are also just steps away.
The apartment consists of:
- bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm), large wardrobe
- living room + kitchen
- bathroom with a bath/shower, sink and toilet
- laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
- hall with large wardrobe
Sleeping spaces:
- king size bed in the bedroom
- pull out sofa in the living room (pulls out to form a double bed 150x200, additional mattress for the sofa available, to make it more comfortable for sleeping)
Kitchen:
Kitchen is equipped with electric stove with two burners, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, electric kettle, pan and a pot, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and other essentials.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment (5G). There is an Android box for the TV, which allows you to use streaming platforms (like Netflix), YouTube and there are also TV channels (Latvian TV channels, as well as some international TV channels like Euronews, Fox Life, MTV and many more).
The bedroom is facing inner courtyard, so it is generally quiet. Living room is facing a cobbled Old Town street, so some noise is to be expected (especially during tourism season).
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and there is a small elevator (up to 4 people can fit with no luggage, 1-2 people with luggage). The building is renovated and clean.
All tourist attractions are just few steps away (Līvu square, Freedom Monument, Cat's House, House of Blackheads, St. Peter's Church etc.). There are more than 10 different pubs and restaurant less than a minute away, and many more within walking distance. You can also easily order food to your home by using Wolt services and your dinner will be delivered right to the apartment.

1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Smoking and parties are strongly prohibited.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Apartment is located in the Old Town, living room is facing the street. Expect some noise from the streets, especially during the tourism season. The bedroom is facing the inner courtyard, so it is generally quiet.
Heating season in Riga begins when average temperature drops below 8 degrees celsius (usually first week of October, sometimes sooner or later) and ends sometime in April.
PARKING:
Apartment is located in the Old Town where parking is very expensive (up to 8 euros per hour).
However, you can park by Bastejkalns or the Opera house, which is just 1 minute walk from the apartment. It costs 3.00 EUR per hour, it is for free from 20:00-08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free.
There is also underground parking lot Europark Jēkaba Arkāde around the corner (4min walk), which costs 24.00 EUR per 24 hours (00:00-24:00), or underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5 (8min walk), which cost 12.00 EUR for 24 hours.
