El apartamento en general es agradable, pero al entrar olía mucho humedad. La bañera sería espectacular si no estuviese algo sucia y con pelos. La cama no coincide con las fotos y es horrorosamente incómoda. Es importante descansar bien para un viajero.

Sijainti hyvä ja katu oli rauhallinen. Asunto yleisilmeeltään siisti mutta käytössä huomasi että joka paikassa olisi jotain korjattavaa. Yhden henkilön pyyhe- ja petivaatteet puuttuivat. Myös ilmoitetut pesuaineet puuttuivat, mutta kaikki toimitettiin kun asiasta raportointiin. Patjat olivat kehnoja, varsinkin 3. henkilön sohva-sänky joka oli rikki useasta kohtaan. Sohvan alta ei oltu siivottu aikoihin ja vessaharja vaatisi nopeasti vaihtoa. Osa kaapin ovista jää käteen ja muutama tuoli hieman rikki. Asunto siis yleisesti hyvä, mutta vaatisi hieman parannusta kalustuksen osalta. Viestintä hyvää ja ystävällistä.

We had a great stay! Amazing location and so close to everything in the centre of old town. Easy to access the apartment and it had everything we needed. There was a problem with the bed but the host was so proactive and sorted it out the very next day and refunded us for the first night. Really lovely apartment - only other feedback is the bathroom got absolutely soaked as the shower would flood onto the floor as there is no guard around the bath. Overall the price is brilliant for what you get and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

In all honesty I booked the flat for the bath tub, and si loved it! It’s a nice building with high ceilings and quite spaceous for one or even two people. The flat can have 4 guests max. You have all you need, the laundry room was a plus. However make sure you air it out if you use it as it had a bit of damp smell. The bathroom was nice, showering however is tricky as the water splatter goes behind the tub and takes a while to dry on the floor, and it’s hard to reach for you to dry it. The walls could use a good scrub as there was red mold build up here and there between the tiles, and the main bed in the bedroom had wooden pieces wrongly placed which made it fall apart as soon as I sat on it. The company was notified and they will take care of it. There is ample storage space and the street is private. I was just a bit unlucky as someone was in the middle of moving in next door, and some loud repairs were being done until late night, during my stay, but I do recommend this place.

This place was beautiful and so close to everything in old town but still happens to be on a quiet street. The tub was amazing after 2 weeks of traveling to soak in and it was also nice to have a place to do laundry after traveling through the Baltics. I would stay here again if I am ever in Riga again.

Super flot lejlighed beliggende i gåafstand til alt, og stadig dejligt roligt. Trods at det er en et-værelses, så er her fint med plads til 3-4 voksne. Desværre var elevatoren i stykker 4 ud af 5 dage, så vi er glade for, at vi ikke er dårligt gående. Ellers var alt perfekt og Riga’s gamle bydel er utrolig smuk og hyggelig. Her er masser af “high-end” butikker og restauranter, men også mange prisrigtige alternativer. Vi fejrede nytår, men Riga er et besøg værd hele året

Super séjour ! Toutes les informations ont été donné afin d’être libre dans l’arrivée et le départ. L’appartement est vraiment très très bien placé ! Tout est à proximité a pied. Il est également propre et il fait très bon à l’intérieur. Le seul petit point négatif est peut-être la literie qui est particulièrement molle. Tout le reste fut vraiment top ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vraiment pour un séjour dans cette belle ville :)

Роберт был очень отзывчив и делился рекомендациями. Наш самолет улетал вечером и Роберт был так добрый к нам, что разрешил после выселения оставить вещи дополнительно на 3 с половиной часа. Maybe requires a bit of updating with surfaces and furnitures for even a more perfect stay. The bathroom and the supply room next to it has a bit stale scent in them, maybe due to poor ventilation.

The most important thing for me is to have a place, where nothing disturbs my sleep. In this apartment there is a separate bedroom that is quiet and dark. We stayed one week and only in one of the nights we heard some noice caused by (drunken) neighbours from another Airbnb in the same building - but closing the window solved the problem. Other than that it was totally quiet. No sounds from the street or the house. This apartment has everything that you need and also we did not need to use any public transport at all, we walked everywhere because the lovation is PERFECT!

The only real downside was the bed. My husband and I both thought the bed was much too soft and worn. A better bed would make this place just about perfect.

Great size apartment with all amenities if required, large bedroom and living room, good size bathroom also. Clean and tidy. Easy access and lift where required. A very affordable apartment, everything you need to stay. My only two slight negatives were the apartment did badge a fusty food smell and thus lingered every time we entered the apartment and could smell this quite often. But it was still clean and tidy. Also, note there is no seperate shower only a large bath basin-which is not easy to access for some as it is very high up and unable to use if not good mobility- the shower placement was also quite awkward when showering. Otherwise I can’t fault this place and I would recommend.

A lovely apartment in a central location that meant we could see all of the sights of the old town on foot. The apartment was clean when we arrived and felt bigger than it looks on the photos. The host was very accommodating and responsive - he let us drop our bags off early on our first day before the official check in time, and when we requested a couple of extra towels they were dropped off within an hour or so.
