Location is perfect - close to city center, malls, bus/train stations (10-15min). The apartment is on the 6th floor, there is a working elevator. The building is well-secured, no noisy neighbours (only seagulls :). Window faces the inside yard, so there’s no much car noise although the street itself is quite lively. It is easy to find, and the team is replying promptly. I honestly recommend this place ⭐️

L'appartement est bien équipée (il manque juste un micro onde et un étendoir pour le linge mouillé), en ce qui concerne le reste, j'ai trouvé le matelas très dur et pas confortable mais à part cela tout était très bien. El apartamento estaba bien pero en la cama dormí fatal. Era muy incómoda por el colchón, había una almohada fina y pequeña (cuadrada como un cojín) y dos edredones separados en una cama de matrimonio. La ubicación está bien pero para el mercado navideño estás un poco lejos, 25 mins andando. Lo bueno es que había calefacción que es necesaria!!! Estaba limpio.

Roberts was excellent at communicating, giving detailed instructions on how to get into the building and the studio. I really appreciated the guides that they sent over and the ones left in the studio, they were a nice touch. The studio was true to its description and was warm, cosy with all necessary amenities. My only feedback would be to replace the mattress as it is rather springy and well worn but asides from that, I was extremely satisfied with my stay

Dall'appartamento è parecchio comodo arrivarci a piedi usando Google Maps sia nel centro storico che nella zona di artnouveaustile! Nella zona si sta bene senza pericoli che è importante per una ragazza che viaggia da sola come me. Però la pulizia dell'appartamento faceva parecchio schifo: macchie bianche sul cuscino nero da divano, non si lava neanche la fodera del cuscino bianco da tanto tempo. Tra altro, c'erano i peli e capelli in bagno e al letto, vicino al materasso, anche se il mio letto è stato cambiato e era pulito.

The studio was clean and comfortable. Lovely location, walkable to practically anything in the city. It looked very much like the photos. Good shower with nice water pressure. Small but had everything we needed. It was quite warm so a fan would be the only welcome addition I can think of!

It was a very cozy apartment with everything you needed. Although there is no Aircon you don’t need it. The room is on the good side of the building so the apartment is always cool. It’s is near a good number of restaurants, coffee, and other amenities. I enjoyed being able to cook and to just relax in his place.

Roberts' apartment is small, but you have everything you need for a few days in Riga. The small kitchen is well equipped, even with an oven. The place is near to the central station (around 10 min walk) and the city center, it is located in a nice area with shops, restaurants and cafés. Roberts was a nice host and we really enjoyed our stay in Riga. I would totally recommend the apartment.

In general, everything is fine with housing. The apartments are clean, have everything you need for a short stay. If you get cold (which is sometimes likely in Riga), you can certainly use an additional heater from the closet. But for me there were also disadvantages that didn’t depend on the owners: noise. Be prepared that the refrigerator will sometimes work loudly, you will hear all entrances and exits and sometimes the neighbors’ dialogues, also pigeons will coo.

Wonderful place. Flat is cosy and comfy. Even though its small its perfekt for a vacation, where you will probably be outdoors anyway most of the time. Local supermarkets are around the corner. Main train station is 18 min by foot and the streets are never boring, so its fine to walk a bit. Window is to the yard and you cant hear the main street with an open window. Kitchen is great and has everything needed. Wifi speed is completely sufficient for streaming a chill movie in the evening.
