1 Bathroom This freshly renovated city center studio with balcony is best suited for a couple or a solo traveler. Equipped with everything needed for a short stay in Riga, it is located 15 minute walk from the Old Town, with many restaurants and shops nearby, which makes it a perfect base for exploring Riga. Smoking on the balcony is strongly prohibited! Penalty for breaking this house rule - 100 EUR.
This 18 sq. meter (202 sq. feet) apartment includes:
- balcony with a street view;
- double bed (140x200cm), with pillows and fresh bed linen;
- fast internet (250Mbps on average);
- dining table, which can be comfortably used as a workspace for home office needs;
- a kitchen equipped with an induction stove (two burners), pot and a pan, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils. Also includes basic supplies like oil, salt, pepper, sugar;
- washing machine;
- iron and ironing board;
- heating during the heating season (early October until late April);
- bathroom with a shower, shampoo, towels and hairdryer;
- storage space for your belongings (a closet and shelves).
Apartment is located in city center - 15 minute walk from the Old Town, or 10 minutes by public transport. There is a grocery store across the street, multiple cafes and restaurants within 5 minute walk from the apartment.
A guidebook for the area will be provided after you make a reservation.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. Smoking on the balcony is also not allowed, as it is against the law in Latvia, and the smell might come inside the apartment.. Penalty for smoking on the balcony = 200 EUR (requested through Airbnb)
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to entire unit.

There is a parking lot next to the building. It costs 8.00 EUR for whole day (09:00 - 19:00), and 2.00 EUR for the whole night. If you are staying longer, you can get monthly pass for 39.00 EUR.
Apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator. The window and balcony are facing the street, so street noise is to be expected, including at night.
