I stayed at the Creative Old Town Studio and had an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, it is right in the heart of Riga’s Old Town, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and many tourist attractions, all within walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the promised amenities. It’s a great option for travelers who want to explore the city on foot and enjoy being close to the local vibe. Just keep in mind that, since it’s in a lively area, there can be some noise at night, especially on weekends. Also as it has been a very hot and humid summer, the apartmenet gets quite hot and it was a bit uncorfotable to sleep in without airconditioning. Still, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to make the most of their stay in Riga.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado en el centro del old town. Es pequeño pero para una estadía corta de 1 persona está muy bien. Tiene lavadora y se puede usar sin problema. Lo unico a tener en cuenta es que el edificio de enfrente está en obra, y literalmente hay gente trabajando a 3 metros de la ventana. Eso le da muy poca privacidad y además lo hace extremadamente ruidoso desde temprano (6AM).

The location is perfect to explore Riga and the surrounds. Everywhere is walking distance. I arrived by bus and was a short walk to the accommodation. The studio has everything you need. There’s no air conditioning but there is a pedestal fan and I had the windows open. Slight bit of surrounding noise but not enough to impact my sleep. Perfect location and value for money!

Vanity hanging on an angle and toilet also requires being secured better to the wall. Light fittings over the bed head are needing to be reattached as they too are hanging out at angle from the wall. Zwei Nächte in der tollen Unterkunft verbracht und gerne wäre ich noch länger geblieben. Man kann alles optimal zu Fuß erkunden, da diese Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt. Der einzige Nachteil dabei ist, dass es abends und nachts oft sehr laut werden kann, weil in der selben Straße viele Bars sind. Ansonsten ist das Badezimmer sehr schön und sauber und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

I have very mixed feelings writing this review, because potentially this place is super - great location in old town, surroundings, restaurants nearby, facilities in the apartment, still quiet enough at night - overall good quality-price value. But I personally had negative experience, because one facility in the bathroom was broken, the owners were well aware about it and had actually ordered a replacement - but did not give any warning to be careful when using that facility (the crack was not easily visible, and I discovered something was broken already after getting hurt). They also took zero precaution to make it safe for customers until the replacement arrives... which was easily done by covering sharp edges with simple band-aid (I did this myself not to get hurt further while using the flat). To sum up, if the company learns to proactively take care of their customers in case of known problems - could not recommend a better place, but currently - they need to up their game.

The studio is perfect, clean, cozy, and ideally located right in the heart of the Old Town. Despite the lively atmosphere outside (especially on weekends), the soundproofing is excellent, so you can still enjoy a good night’s sleep. Check-in was super easy, and Luïze and Modris were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. I highly recommend this studio and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very good, location, cleanliness, nice bed, easy access. However it was very hot inside therefore we had to sleep with the windows open. This meant we were woken up a couple of times because of people screaming and talking loudly exciting nearby cafes. Am Wochenende ist es vielleicht etwas lautin den Straßen, aber da wir selber abends sehr lange unterwegs waren, hat das niht gestört, zumal man die Fenster auch sgut schließen konnte und es dadurch sehr ruhig wurde. I stayed here for 4 nights and I slept really well cause the bed is so comfortable even though the night time was short. The unit is exactly the same as the picture and the best part is the location. If you want everything to be just few minutes away this unit is the place. Roberts also really responsive and helpful. The instructions to check in is clear and its easy to find the unit. The area can be quite loud due to the cafe/bar/restaurant nearby till 11pm but that doesn’t bother me. Overall I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Riga. Thanks Roberts for providing a comfortable stay :)

Great value and very well organized for the size of the space: spacious bathroom, great lighting, stylish, kitchenette with all what's required, and a lot of storage space. Probably the most central place in the Old Town, can't get more central (seriously). The small disadvantage is the noise coming out of the street on weekend nights, but it´s bearable, and completely resolved by earplugs.

The location is great, in the middle of the old town. It could definitely be a little louder in the summer, but we had no problems with that in the winter. The central location means you can quickly reach bus stops and many sights on foot. We would definitely book the apartment again because the price-performance ratio is great!

The room in Robert's apartment was very nice. We liked the location in the old town of Riga. Everything we needed was close by. Easy check-in and feel at home. Only the equipment in the kitchen could be better. I really can recommend it!

Great location in the heart of the old town, we were within a walking distance to any points of interest. The apartment is located in a quiet complex and if the window are shut properly you can't hear any noise from outside either. We had an issue with clogging in the bathroom but got it fixed really fast by the host.
