Man muss im 2.Stock nach links und den Gang ganz nach hinten gehen. Nicht von der Anordnung der Türnummern verwirren lassen!

Roskien kierrätyksen voisi ohjeistaa paremmin myös englannin kielellä. Kierrätysastioissa on vain paikallisella kielellä ohjeet. Kohde oli siisti, hyvällä ja rauhallisella, mutta sen lisäksi myös keskeisellä sijainnilla.

Habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn am ersten Tag das Warmwasser ausgefallen ist. Es wurde nach einer Lösung gesucht und mir ein Alternativangebot unterbreitet. Die Lage war für mich absolut perfekt. Es war eine wunderbar ruhige Wohnung.

Well located apartment - only a four minute walk from the main station and about 10 minute walk to the old town. A bus station is just in front the entrance. The apartment itself has a well functioning washing machine, fridge etc. (however no stovetops, only microwave). Communication with the hosts was easy and it was even possible to drop off our luggage before official checkin time. There was a quite intense smell in the apartment, that also did not go away when opening the windows. we enjoyed our stay anyways.

Le séjour au sein de l'appartement s'est très bien passé. Il est assez petit et convient donc plutôt pour une personne seule (si + de 3-4 jours) sinon peut très bien convenir à deux pour un séjour de plus courte durée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la localisation, ce qui m'a permis de tout faire à pied. De plus, l'arrivée depuis l'aéroport se fait très bien avec le bus qui arrive à quelques minutes à pied du logement. Tout était très propre et il y avait le nécessaire pour cuisiner. En revanche l'appartement est assez sombre (donne sur une cour intérieure d'un côté et sur un arbre de l'autre). Mais cela n'a pas gâché mon voyage :)

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig – eine perfekte Kombination für alle, die die Stadt erkunden und gleichzeitig gut zur Ruhe kommen möchten. Everything was as advertised. Very clean, and location is one of the best in the city. Always appreciate a smart TV in the bedroom. I had a few issues with the Wi-Fi but the host was responsive at night when I mentioned it and they let me reset it which fixed it. Overall, would definitely stay here again. They even had a voltage converter.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut vom Flughafen aus erreichbar – eine Buslinie fährt quasi direkt bis vor die Haustür, was die Anreise wirklich unkompliziert macht. Die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl die Altstadt als auch das Zentrum von Rīga zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, die Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein paar zusätzliche Teller und Schalen wären praktisch gewesen, aber insgesamt war alles da, was man brauchte. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Check-in-Leitfaden war sehr hilfreich und gut verständlich. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wenn wir wieder nach Rīga kommen, würden wir gerne erneut hier übernachten!

The apartment is very well located, with shops and restaurants everywhere, within a walkable distance. The location also is great for using public transport. The apartment itself was relatively clean and simple, although a little stuffy at times. All in all the apartment is a great place to stay.

Very clean snd cosy little apartment, very small kitchen (not so comfortable for cooking, but enough for warming up food and have some tea). Clean bathroom, everything freshly renovated. Perfect bedroom! Very good mattress, tv in fromt of bed, wardrobe is just enough for few days clothes. Very good location, walkable to the center and bus stop just in front of building - at the same time windows are not facing the road, so its very calm and peaceful. Host provided very clear instructions about check in. The only disadvantage is the radiator that wasn’t able to get warm even on 5 - so it was i bit chilly even in April.

Robert's apartment was absolutely immaculate. the rooms were so warm (even provided a little heater for extra heat) the bed was extremely comfortable. the space was super clean and I loved how central it was, everything was literally walking distance away. We were able to hop on the train at Origo to visit other towns like Jurmala etc... without a problem. I can't recommend this enough. fantastic apartment!!

Die Wohnung was sehr gut gelegen, schnell zu Fuß und die Altstadt ca.7 Minuten.Supeemark direkt um die Ecke und auch die Bushaltestelle vom Flughafen zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegenen, aber sehr ruhig da Sie nach hinten gelegen ist kriegt man von der Hauptstraße gar nichts mit. Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles notwendige war da. Bett sehr bequem. Vermieter war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat auf Nachfragen direkt geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Top Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in Roberts Wohnung wirklich sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war auch sehr leicht mit Roberts zu kommunizieren und alle Erklärungen und Regeln waren einfach verständlich! Die Sauberkeit des Appartements selbst war großartig! Allerdings waren die Gläser und Töpfe nicht sauber gereinigt, so dass ich sie vor dem Benutzen nochmal spülen musste. Das sollte man zukünftig bei der Reinigung vielleicht kontrollieren. Ich würde die Wohnung aber dennoch jedem empfehlen.

The house is safe and centrally located, all the transport, including trains, few minutes walk distance. Excellent apartment in a lovely city. A few minutes walk from the airport bus route, 5 minutes walk to the centre and the same to the market and 10 minutes to the KGB museum. Lots of shops on your doorstep bakery, fast foods, and large supermarket. The centre has a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Roberts communication is excellent and he provides very clear instructions. The apartment is exactly like the picture so what you see is what you get. I would highly recommended this apartment if Riga is on the agenda.

Small modern apartment. It's near the central station and just outside the old town. Therefore lot of places including beautiful parks in walking distance. The neighborhood isn't too touristic what was nice. The airport bus stop is around 5 minutes away. Overall I recommend the place. The only thing that irritated me was the security camera directly outside the apartment door. Not sure if it belongs to the owner or the neighbors. But had the effect that you felt watched every time you enter or leave the apartment.

Много полезных мелочей, которые всегда пригождаются в поездке. Удобная кровать. Тихо, несмотря на то, что ты живешь в самом центре города, т.к. окна выходят во двор, а дом напротив пуст. Все инструкции по заселению более чем четкие и наглядные (с фотографиями), поэтому найти квартиру и заселиться - никаких проблем. Чего мне не хватило: салфеток или бумажных полотенец на кухне, какого-нибудь маленького столика или консоли под телевизором. Но это мелочи)). Большое спасибо, Робертс!

Прекрасное расположение в центре Риги, в 5 мин от Старого города спокойным шагом (мы даже засекали) и в паре мин ходьбы до главной ЖД станции и рынка-ангаров! Квартира очень теплая (снимали в конце января), со свежим ремонтом (пахнет новьем), тихая (окна выходят во внутренний двор), уютная (и в спальне, и в ванной комнате есть разное освещение: яркое и более тусклое, ночное). В апартаментах есть обсолютно всё для комфортного проживания: от ложки до чая и электрической плиты, от фена до стиральной машинки. Интернет очень быстрый. Парадная (подъездом это сложно назвать) красивая, просторная и чистая. Входная дверь на кодовом замке. Может быть минусом лишь то, что квартира на 3м этаже, а у кого-то проблема с ногами. Для нас 3 этаж был вполне комфортен. Единственный минус квартиры - небольшая душевая кабинка: если человек сам по себе большой, то в кабинке он поместится с трудом. Больше минусов никаких не заметили. Огромное спасибо за прекрасное жильё! Вспоминаем с теплотой))
