Mycket fin lägenhet i bästa läget. Vi är mycket nöjda. Bra att känna till att lägenheten ligger 3 våningar upp utan hiss. Bästa med lägenheten var att det var så många öppna ytor, vacker inredning, bra planlösning. Alla köksprylar fanns så som diskmaskintabletter, disksvamp, diskmedel osv. Det var uppskattat. Tre mycket bra sovrum med bekväma sängar. Luftkonditionering. Det var smidigt att lämna nyckeln i den lilla boxen, vi behövde aldrig oroa oss vem som har nyckel i vår större sällskap. Några mindre smidiga saker som vi upplevde var att parkering hamnar en bit bort då man är liksom i mitten av Gamla stan. En bit att gå till kollektivtrafiken (framförallt om man är med små barn). Vi saknade mikrovågsugnen ganska mycket. Det saknades också krokar på rummen och i badrummen, vilket blir bökigt med handdukar och necessärer. Men i övrigt var allting toppen och vi rekommenderar att gärna bo i den här lägenheten.

Leiligheten er like fin som på bildene, stor og fint innredet. Den ligger veldig nærme en bargate, så veldig mye bråk om kvelden og natten, men det visste vi før vi bestilte. We being four adult women stayed in this apartment for a weekend trip to Riga. It is a beautiful, comfortable, well decorated, large apartment in a fantastic location. It was a five mintune walk from the bus stop of the bus directly from the airport. You can acces all of the old town within about a 15 in walk from this apartment. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was great. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. We liked this apartment so much, we spent a good amount of time just hanging out inside chatting. We all slept really well. There can be some outside noise from the street but it did not bother us and with my earplugs I heard nothing. There are tons of really good restaurants very close by and there is a small market close by as well. Communication with the host was super good and they were very responsive. We were able to drop of four stuff early (after 11 in the apartment) and we were able to leave our belongings in the apartment on our last day(until 2 pm)

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Its so central you could walk to most places. Really close to good restaurants and important sights.Despite the cold temperatures the rooms were always warm and it was lovely to come back to it after a days sightseeing to recharge. On a Saturday night it can be a bit loud outside but rest of the nights it was fine. That was the only negative and it didnt really affect us too badly.

The building itself and the apartment is wonderful and looks pretty. We had a nice stay there. Since it’s in the old town and the windows nor the walls/ceiling are very soundproof, we heard lots of noises from outdoors and loud childrens footsteps from upper floor. So the apartment is not very quiet. Over all everything was great but from time to time, the apartment should be looked after by someone for a little maintenance. The living room sofa handrest was loose, the lockbox for the key didn’t open, there were lamp bulbs missing from some lamps and several lamps didn’t work. With a little more care, the place would be marvelous.

This is an amazing apartment to stay in when visiting Riga . The location couldn’t be better to explore the old town both during the day and at night. The interior is decorated to an extremely high standard with all our needs catered for , it was so good we didn’t want to leave ! This apartment is in a great location, spacious, roomy and very comfortable beds. Really good to have the additional separate loo. Good wardrobe/hanging space too. Useful little kitchen/dining set up. Riga was so enjoyable - restaurants, market, bars all exceeded our expectations. A trip to the sky bar at the Rhaddison and Jūrmala beach were also highlights of the stay. Roberts communication was quick and informative from the initial booking process through to texting late at night when we had problems getting in to the apartment - entirely our fault as we mixed up the codes!! Would definitely recommend this property - just do bear in mind that it’s in the 4th floor - didn’t bother us at all.

I highly recommend Roberts’s apartment. The art nouveau details within the apartment are beautiful and have been expertly restored. The beds in all three bedrooms were comfortable and all of the amenities met our expectations. As other reviewers have mentioned there is some street noise from late night partying but that wasn’t too much of a distraction. Roberts is an exceptionally responsive host and very quickly responded to all questions. You will not regret booking this apartment!

We had a fantastic experience in Roberts' flat ! Roberts was a great guest, providing us all necessary information and being always reactive and friendly. the flat is just amazing : ideally placed downtown, huge space and volume, top level quality on everything. The cherry on the cake : the building is one of the most famous in Riga, we even saw his façade in a catalogue dedicated to the "art nouveau" architecture. The only thing negative to share is that it's a little bit noisy since you're in the heart of Riga bar and restaurant area. But definitively, one of the best flat (maybe the best ?) we ever rented (and we've rented many). We recommend it for anyone willing to enjoy Riga !

Lovely apartment in the middle of downtown (just off Town Hall square). Immaculately clean three bedroom with a spacious kitchen and dining area. Very comfortable and elegant. There can be some street noise at night and some construction work during the day as there is building work ongoing, but it is fairly mild for the neighborhood. Overall, our only complaint is very trivial — no place to hang towels in the bathroom. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything in Riga’s old town.

Wer einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat, sollte evtl. Ohropax mitnehmen, da Nachts noch viel los ist und gefeiert wird. Allerdings liegt das Apartment im 3. Stock, sodass man die Geräusche bis zum Apartment nur teilweise hört. Absolute Empfehlung. Riga ist eine tolle und sehenswerte Stadt und kann von dem Apartment aus super erkundet werden.

Great location for visiting attractions, restaurants and bars - a bit noisy from the street on the first night, other two nights were much quieter. In summer it’s definitely extremely noisy as the windows are without installation so, even tho its almost top floor, at off season I could hear every bit movement and chatter. Radiators were barely warm and host couldn’t help us with that. I think dropping off couple of heaters would definitely help. Apartment is very authentic meaning that floors and windows are original and doesn’t keep warmth very well. Area around is great, lots of restaurants, etc
