Located in a prime spot near the Daugava river, our one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable.
The location is perfect for exploring the city and enjoying nearby river activities. The apartment is located 700m from the Old Town, there is public transport stop 170m from the apartment.
The space
This one-bedroom apartment includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), fresh bed linen and towels, a closet;
- a living room/kitchen;
- there is a pull out sofa in the living room, which can accommodate two extra guests (pulls out into a 140x200cm bed);
- kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettles, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, pan and a pot;
- dining area;
- bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, washing machine with built in dryer;
- entrance area with extra storage room.
The neighbourhood
The apartment is located near the Daugava river and the National Library of Latvia.
The Old Town is located across the river. There is a bus stop and a tram stop within 150-190m from the apartment. Public transport will take you to the Old Town in less than 5 minutes (depending on traffic).
There are many water activities available nearby (sup boarding, kayaking and others).
House rules
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the unit and its amenities.
Other things to note
The windows are facing inner courtyard, so there is no view.
