1 Bathroom This contemporary studio apartment has been renovated and equipped with modern amenities and everything necessary for a short stay in Riga. The apartment is located on a chic street in the city center with some nice cafes and bridal shops, 12 minute walk from the central train station and 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Plenty of public transport options available within 3 minute walk, which will help you reach tourist attractions in no time. The sofa bed has been changed to a bed.
This 26 sq. meter (280 sq. feet) apartment includes:
- a double bed with fresh sheets;
- fast internet;
- dining table with 3 chairs, which can be comfortably used as a workspace for home office needs;
- a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, an oven, pot and a pan, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee capsules are not provided due to their high price impacted by inflation, but you can get them at any RIMI store) plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils. Also includes basic supplies like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea;
- iron and ironing board;
- heating during the heating season (early October until late April);
- bathroom with a shower, shower gel, towels, hairdryer and washing machine;
- storage space for your belongings (a closet and shelves).
Apartment is located on a nice, one way street in the city center - 15 minute walk from the Old Town, or 10 minutes by public transport. There is a nice cafe and bakery downstairs, grocery store within 3 minute walk, multiple other cafes and restaurants within 5 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to entire unit.
Street parking is available by the building. It costs 3.00 EUR/h, it is for free from 20:00 until 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is free.
There is a parking lot nearby. It costs 8.00 EUR for whole day (09:00 - 19:00), and 2.00 EUR for the whole night. If you are staying longer, you can get monthly pass for 39.00 EUR.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Apartment is located on the second floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator. The windows are overlooking a beautiful, green inner courtyard, which protects the apartment from street noise. There are security cameras in the inner courtyard for extra safety.
