The space
This studio apartment includes:
- a queen size bed (160cm) with fresh sheets;
- fast internet;
- a little sofa with a convertible coffee table, which can be used for both - dining and working;
- a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, an oven, pot and a pan, electric kettle, Philipps Senseo coffee machine, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils. Also includes basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, tea;
- iron and ironing board;
- heating during the heating season (early October until late April);
- bathroom with a shower, shower gel, towels, hairdryer and washing machine with built in dryer;
- storage space for your belongings (a closet and shelves).
The neighbourhood
Beyond the comfort of the apartment itself, you'll be pleased to discover the prime location. Step outside, and you'll find yourself amidst Riga's bustling city center, brimming with an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, and cultural attractions. The historic Old Town, with its cobbled streets and charming architecture, is just 15 minute walk away (or 10 minutes by public transport), inviting you to delve into the city's rich history and culture

Guests will have full access to entire unit.
Other things to note
There is a parking lot nearby. It costs 8.00 EUR for whole day (09:00 - 19:00), and 2.00 EUR for the whole night. If you are staying longer, you can get monthly pass for 39.00 EUR. You have to pay by using EuroPark app before entering the parking lot.
Apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator. The windows are overlooking inner courtyard, which means that there is no view, but it isolates the street noise better.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
