While the exterior of the building may not catch your eye, we've poured our heart and soul into creating a cozy and comfortable space for up to 6 guests. Plus, you couldn't ask for a more convenient location – we're just across the street from Central Station, making it a breeze to arrive and depart. A short walk will also take you to the enchanting Old Town and other tourist attractions.
Freshly Renovated Comfort
As you step into our apartment on the fourth floor (please note, there's no elevator), you'll immediately notice the bright and airy atmosphere. The entire space has been thoughtfully designed with light colors and modern furnishings to create a welcoming environment.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and spacious closets, providing ample storage for your belongings. After a day of exploring the city, you can retreat to your private bedroom for a restful night's sleep.
Open Living and Dining Area
The living room offers a relaxing area with a TV, perfect for unwinding and catching up on your favorite shows or movies. The sofa has the capacity to accommodate two extra guests as a bed. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table, where you can enjoy meals together or plan your adventures for the day. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi and the TET TV+ app, allowing you to access a wide range of local and international channels, along with a generous selection of movies and series, all at no additional cost.
Fully-Equipped Kitchen
Our kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals. You'll find a stove, refrigerator, and all the cookware and utensils you might require. It's a great space to experiment with local recipes or simply whip up a quick breakfast before heading out.
Laundry
Additionally, in the kitchen you'll find a washing machine and drying rack, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

In addition to the main bathroom, there's a separate toilet for added convenience, especially when the apartment is at full capacity.

The apartment boasts an incredibly convenient location, situated directly across the street from both the Central Train Station and 7 minute walk from Riga International Bus Station. Exploring the city's main tourist attractions, including the Old Town, is a breeze, with most destinations just a short 3 to 10-minute walk away. If you're in the mood for some greenery, Vērmanes Garden is a mere minute's stroll from your doorstep. For dining and entertainment options, you'll find a plethora of restaurants and bars just around the corner. A supermarket is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away, and for fresh produce and more, the Central Market awaits a short 8-minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to the apartment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator, so you will have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
The inner courtyard and the stairwell has not been renovated and is not so pleasant visually, however, it is safe.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The windows are all facing the inner courtyard - walls of other parts of the building, so there is no view.
You will be provided with one single duvet and one pillow for each guest, bed linen and towels. Shower gel, hand soap, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, oil and sugar is provided.
The heating season in Riga usually is from early October to mid-April. There is no heating available outside this time.
PARKING:
There is paid street parking available nearby (on Merķeļa iela). It costs 3.00 EUR/h, it is for free on workdays from 20:00-08:00, on Saturdays from 17:00 and whole Sunday is for free.
You can also use Origo underground parking on Stacijas laukums 4, it costs 14 euros for 24 hours.

July 2025El piso renovado recientemente, hemos estado bien en él. Fatlaría un horno y lavaplatos pero hemos sobrevivdo unos días sin ellos. A pesar de estar en el centro, el piso es más tranquilo de lo que esperabamos: había poco ruido, las ventanas aislan muy bien. La entrada y la escalera son peculiares, pero al final te acostumbras (lo más difícil es subir el día que llegas, por las maletas). Lo cómodo es que tiene al lado un super, la estación de trenes, el casco antiguo y el centro de la ciudad. El anfitrión pendiente de las necesidades.

July 2025Prima accomodatie als je voor een korte periode in Riga bent. De ruimtes waren over het algemeen schoon, op een paar stoffige plekken na bij bijvoorbeeld de vensterbank. De wc en keuken zijn wat aan de kleine kant maar komt wel overeen met de foto's. De locatie is goed, het oude centrum van de stad is perfect beloopbaar.

July 2025The apartment was like promised, thank you. Location is excellent, parking in Origo worked well, quiet rooms, a lot of space and instructions were good. Entrance is complicated with 3 codes, inner courtyard and stairs are suspicious and there are no view. But these were expected.

December 2024Very well located. So, easy to reach from the Airport ( Bus 22). Everything seemed to be within a 15 minute walk. The apartment itself was quiet, clean and had everything for a short or longer stay. The beds were very comfortable with lots of spare pillows, duvets and blankets. Although the apartment was lovely and warm so doubt they'd ever be needed. The apartment is reached through a locked courtyard (which isn't the prettiest) and up winding staircase, which has probably seen better days. But the apartment is lovely and at no times did it feel unsafe. We'd definitely stay here again.

November 2024This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Riga. We did little research about location before booking so trusted that the description was accurate. Indeed, it was located in the heart of Riga and a very short walk to the Old Town where we spent most of our time. The flat was very clean and spacious enough for me and my friend. The host's instructions for entry into the flat were very clear and, although we never had a reason to get in touch, the host dropped us a message midway through our stay to check in and make sure we were happy. Couldnt recommend it enough.

November 2024The apartment is right by the main station, a short walk from the airport bus. You can discover the city on foot! Don't be spooked by the appearance of the yard - the apartment is very clean and everything is new. There was tea and coffee in stock when we arrived which is a plus! It can get a bit loud in the bedroom when it is raining because the outside window still is made out of metal. Otherwise, the place was very quiet. I would stay here again - everyone in my group also liked it.

Robert erfüllt gern Wünsche und löst Probleme. Der Hinterhof und das Treppenhaus zur Wohnung sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das muss man wissen, um sich nicht zu fürchten.

October 2024Det var litt vanskelig å komme seg inn i Airbnb. Anbefaler andre å laste ned pdf filen på forhånd da 4G’en i Latvia ikke var noe å skryte av. Så vi slet med å finne ut hvordan vi skulle komme oss inn. Ellers var det ganske skummel oppgang, men det er nok bare utseende. Nøkkelen inn til hoveddøren satt seg i lås ett parr ganger som førte til litt redsel. Ellers fin leilighet med en veldig hyggelig vert!

August 2024L'arrivée à l'appartement est un peu surprenante car la cour et la cage d'escalier sont assez délabrés . Par contre l'appartement a été refait à neuf, la décoration est assez simple mais l'appartement est impeccablement propre. Il est parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville sans besoin de prendre de transport et tout proche des gares routière et ferroviaire. Certainement une bonne base pour visiter la ville et ses environs.

March 2024Byt u Roberts byl čistý, vybavený vším, co člověk potřebuje, navíc přibyla i mikrovlnka. Trochu nám chyběly větší hrnky, na kafe dobrý, ale čaj máme radši větší. Nebylo slyšet žádné sousedy. Byt není příliš světlý, okna jsou do dvora, ale to nám naprosto nevadilo. Mužská část naší výpravy hodnotila prostor místnosti, kde byl záchod, jako dost těsný. Celkově jsme však byli maximálně spokojeni, doporučujeme ubytování u Roberts. Lokalita je úplně top - blízko do centra, do obchodu, na autobus, tramvaj i vlak.

February 2024O apartamento é exatamente como foi descrito. Apesar de a entrada do prédio não ser muito bonita, o apartamento em si é muito aconchegante, totalmente reformado e com móveis novos. A localização é excelente. Pode-se ir a todos os lugares caminhando: shopping center, restaurantes, ópera, universidade, centro histórico etc. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e responde as mensagens rapidamente. Alguns pontos negativos: Não tem nenhum forno. A água quente é um pouco limitada. (Éramos três hóspedes, e o último a tomar banho normalmente terminava com a água esfriando.) A cortina não bloqueava totalmente a luz, então o quarto ficava claro durante a madrugada por causa da luz acesa dos vizinhos.

Erittäin siisti! Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Ei melua naapurista. Ainoa miinus siitä että vuode oli alkuun pedattu vain yhteen makuuhuoneeseen, halusimme omat vuoteet. Lisäksi pyyhkeitä oli vain yksi kpl/henkilö. Näin pitkällä majoituksella olisi ollut kiva vaihtaa pyyhe kesken loman. Lisäksi tyynyliina oli vain yhdelle tyynylle, olisin halunnut että useampi tyyny olisi ollut sängyssä pedattuna. Tyynyjä ja peittoja oli kyllä mutta näihin ei ollut liinavaatteita. Roberts vastasi tarpeisiimme viipymättä. Suosittelen lämpimästi kohdetta!

January 2024Todo estuvo perfecto. Precioso piso en una excelente ubicación. Nos alojamos cuatro huéspedes y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Lo recomiendo.

January 2024The apartment was clean and renovated. Building and stairs to the apartment were very old. Apartment’s door lock was difficult to open and close.

December 2023Roberts's place is a perfect location. He gave clear instructions and it was easy to find. The place is about 10 mins walk to old town and there are shops across the street. He was so nice to let me leave my luggage since I arrived early and he respond promptly on my messages. It only takes one bus to and from the city and you can get your ticket at the store named Narvesen. Highly recommended!
