The open-plan living room and kitchen area are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out to accommodate an additional guest (ideal for a child or someone shorter than 170cm), a TV for entertainment, and a selection of books for your leisure.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, stove, oven, fridge, and an electric kettle. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply looking to enjoy a home-cooked meal, this kitchen has you covered.
The bedroom boasts a cozy 140cm wide bed, providing a restful retreat after a day of exploring the city. A spacious desk with two office chairs is perfect for those who need to catch up on work or simply want a comfortable space to plan their adventures. A convenient walk-in closet offers ample storage for your belongings.
The bathroom features a bath/shower combo, a washing machine for your laundry needs, a toilet, and a sink. We've also provided a hairdryer and an iron to ensure you have everything you need to look and feel your best during your stay.

Smoking and parties are strongly prohibited (penalties apply).
Heating season in Riga begins when average temperature drops below 8 degrees celsius (usually first week of October, sometimes sooner or later) and ends sometime in April.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
PARKING:
Apartment is located in the Old Town where parking is very expensive (up to 8 euros per hour).
There is a parking lot across the street which costs 18 euros for 24 hours (pre-payment through Mobilly app).
