Wir waren drei Nächte in der Wohnung und sie war bis auf einen großen Makel wirklich perfekt. Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber, alles top. Leider liegt die Wohnung über einer Bar die bis tief in die Nacht extrem laute Musik spielt. Teilweise war die Musik so laut, dass man um drei Uhr immer noch nicht einschlafen konnte. Das war schade, ansonsten kann ich über die Wohnung und die Kommunikation etc nur Positives berichten!

Great location and a beautiful property. The noise level is manageable, especially if you’re coming home around midnight or 2 AM—falling asleep wasn’t an issue. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable—large and stiff—but everything else was fantastic. The place is well-maintained, and the host is great. Worth noting: Despite being next to bars, the area felt very safe. I was completely comfortable walking home at 2 AM. Taxis won’t drop you off directly at the door since the area is pedestrian-only, but they stop just a couple of minutes away, which wasn’t an issue.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement à Riga ! Il est très bien placé en plein cœur du centre-ville et, cela va avec, au dessus d’un bar mais dont le bruit ne nous a pas vraiment gêné (pensez seulement aux boules Quiès) ! L’arrivée et le départ ont été fluide, nous regrettons en revanche la présence de poussière dans l’appartement.

Heel erg mooi appartement. Alles is zoals beschreven, waaronder ook het lawaai van de kroegen beneden. Daar moet je echt goed rekening mee houden bij het boeken van de locatie. Verder zit je heel centraal in de oude stad, wat erg fijn is.

Overall, this little place is great. The location is right in the centre of the old town and has most of the major seeing points within walking distance. The place looks exactly like the photos and the communication with the host was fabulous. It is worth noting, however, that the noise/music from the bar below is pretty unbearable and goes on to either 2am or 4am which meant we were pretty much awake till after the music stopped. This was the only downside to this apartment though.

Definitely good value for money, looks just like in the photos, the location is exceptional. The apartment is spacious and cozy. The only downside was the noisy bars on the ground floor (mentioned in the description though, so it wasn’t a surprise ;)). Roberts is a very responsive and friendly host. Definitely recommend!

Really lovely apartment with a great location in the heart of the old town. Good size and super clean. The only issue would be the noise, as the apartment is situated above a bar that shuts at 4am on weekends and as such it’s very noisy on these nights. This isn’t the owners faults but it’s worth bearing in mind .

Fijn verblijf gehad in Riga bij Roberts studio. Schone en mooie studio op een goede centrale locatie in de oude binnenstad! Tevens goed contact met eigenaar, die tips had voor vervoer etc. Het nachtleven is in het weekend van de bar beneden goed hoorbaar, maar dat hoort er ook een beetje bij als je zo in het centrum je verblijf hebt.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderfully located Airbnb and were thoroughly satisfied. The location is truly fantastic—you can easily walk to all the important sights and restaurants in the old town. For sleeping, it might be helpful to use earplugs, as the bar located beneath the apartment can be quite loud. Nonetheless, we highly recommend the accommodation.

It doesn't get better than this if you want to be within walking distance of all the best sights in Riga Apart from the perfect location, the apartment itself is very cozy and well-decorated. I appreciated all the amenities and it was fun being above a bustling street. Open the window and you can hear the sounds of people enjoying their days and even sometimes a random musician. The host gave clear instructions, we weren't confused or lost during any part of our stay. Checkout was easy as well. I highly recommend this location if you consider visiting Riga!

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, in good shape, and matched the photos. Nice towels were provided. Kitchen had what you would need unless cooking elaborate meals and there's no need for that with all the restaurants close by. Internet was consistently fast (200Mbs+ up and down). My only thing (not complaint because I had read about it in another review) was the noise from the bar across the street. Every night I was there the crowd at the bar was fairly noisy until at least midnight. One evening there was a blowout jam that lasted until 10pm. Not the fault of the host. Just be aware. If staying at this property in the fall/spring/winter I don't think this would be nearly as much of an issue. I would stay here again.

It was a clean and cosy studio flat in Riga's Old Town. What I particularly liked about the flat - modern design, nice smell, comfy bed and linen. The flat had good internet connection and a big tv. The location is very central, right in the middle of Riga's Old Town. What I liked less - the flat is situated above busy bars, so evenings and early nights were noisy on most days. Overall, good value for money.

This apartment is right in the heart of Old Town, with excellent communication from the host and easy to follow check-in and check-out processes. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The only downside, which is well advertised, is that the main stretch just outside is busy with customers and music - so the earplugs included are needed. Overall I loved my time in Riga and looking forward to returning!

Roberts is very nice, and easy to deal with. The place itself is clean, well equipped and centrally located. The reason I deducted one star is that it really is understated in the listing just how loud the bar downstairs is. At nights it was so loud, me and my Girlfriends backs were vibrating with the bass. On those super loud nights no earplugs could help. On other nights they turned down the music somewhat, and earplugs worked well on those nights. please note that this is currently an issue in all central living places in latvia - their legislation for noise pollution is very weak right now, but it is currently being looked at by the government so my grief with the sound might be fixed sooner than later.

A beautiful apartment in the center of old town Riga. Location is very good to everything Riga has to offer. 6 minutes to the bus stop 22 (from and to airport), around 14 minutes to Riga train station. The apartment was well kept and clean. The only small detail I would mention is the lack of air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm inside. Be careful of the noise outside, if you're sensitive (the host provides in-ear plugs). I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a weekend getaway. Make sure to visit Jurmala!

Absolutely loved my stay here, the flat is even better in person, lovely and clean and all of the amenities provided by Roberts are fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect for a weekend break in Riga, very lively and plenty of incrediable places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend Province and Ala Pagrabs for traditional Latvian food and Easy Wine for drinks (all within 10 minutes walk) The only downside was that it was pretty loud outside into the night but it’s to be expected in the center of the old town so it didn’t matter too much to me :)
