The fully-equipped kitchen features modern amenities such as a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. It's stocked with dishes and cutlery, making meal preparation a breeze.
Bathroom:
The bathroom boasts a bath/shower combination for a relaxing soak or a quick refreshing shower.
It also includes a toilet, sink, and a convenient washing machine, so you can keep your laundry in check during your stay.

A spacious hall area includes a large closet, ensuring you have plenty of space to keep your belongings organized.

One of the highlights of our apartment is the breathtaking views from every window, all overlooking the picturesque Old Town Riga. The city's historic charm will be at your doorstep, making your stay an enchanting experience
Apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's church is right next to the building. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is nearby and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques and electronics stores, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
As of May 2025, we have gotten new parking permits. Parking in the yard is for free with the permit, but it depends on availability of parking spaces.
Be aware that the apartment is located in the middle of Old Town, which is quite lively during the restaurant/bar season, so some noise from the street is to be expected during the weekends.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.

July 2025We had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Old Town. The suite was much bigger than we expected and is situated in a fantastic area of old town Riga, right next to St Peter's Church. The neighbourhood is lively in the evenings and can be quite loud late at night. Everything we needed and wanted to explore was nicely accessible from our location which was perfect. Easy to catch Bolt or Taxis from below. There is a known issue with the hot water but our issue resolved itself. Sia was both responsive and proactive with our communication which we really appreciated. Great stay overall.

July 2025Fantastic location with a travel channel view. Convenient walking distance to all Old Riga sites and activities. Apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We felt safe in the building and in the neighborhood. Close to train and bus stations. Bolt drivers were easy to access. We are seniors so the treks up and down the five flights of stairs were tiresome. Some supplies were insufficient for a week long stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

March 2025Sia's apartment was a wonderful spot to spend a few days in Riga. The location is amazing, just a minute from the House of the Blackheads and St. Peter's Church. We did not have any issues with noise during our stay, though Riga as a whole was super quiet in March. The apartment was very large and super comfortable. We had lots of space to spread out. The bed was very comfortable, and the temperature in the apartment was pleasant. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. There was also a washing machine and drying rack, which is amazing to have while traveling for a few weeks. The WiFi was very fast. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with no elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage. That didn't bother us, but it could be tricky with a lot of luggage. The entrance to the stairway is on the back side of the building closer to St. Peter's Church, but the apartment is on a square. Overall the apartment was fantastic and an amazing value!

July 2024We had a nice stay at this apartment. The location is excellent and it was easy to get around. The apartment was clean and big and our kid loved the big bath tub. There wasn't much noise either, even there are a lot of lively bars around. Sia and Roberts answered really quickly, even when we arrived quite late and had problems finding a parking spot. That was the only minus, the free parking isn't neccesarily availabe. But after the first night we got the free parking space, so in the end it worked out fine.

June 2024Perfect location for staying in old Riga. Many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a large Rimi grocery store located in a shopping mall less than 10 minutes walk. Sites of interest surround this flat. Located on the fourth floor with great views. The flat is modern and comfortable. Kitchen has all necessary utensils for cooking. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable with adequate closet space. My family loved the WC, it was modern and functional with a huge bathtub. Flat includes free parking. However, just know, parking spaces are limited on a first come first serve basis. Detailed check in instructions for self check in made the process simple. There was a minor problem we found after check in. Host responded quickly and issue was addressed and corrected fast. We were very happy about how attentive host was. There is a restaurant across the street with a live music venue. This may be an issue for the more sensitive sleepers. Flat is highly recommended++++.

We parked right behind the apartment, and the car was safe the whole time. Overall, the apartment was great and met our expectations.

June 2024Although we checked into the apartment, there was unfortunately no hot water when we arrived. This was a shame as from previous reviews it looks like the issue may have been going on for some time. However, I messaged the host (which was about 10pm at night) and they responded within less than 5 minutes and sorted out alternative accommodation nearby so we could continue our stay. We really appreciated this and loved the other accommodation that we stayed at. Definitely makes such a difference when the host is so good! The accommodation is as shown, with a lovely view and a comfy sofa!

Sia's place is very central to everything, including restaurants and bars, and it's a peaceful and lovely space to be in at the end of the day. As a couple, there was a lot of room to spread ourselves out and just be able to relax. We really appreciated everything about this condo. Views are spectacular! Hosts are responsive and very helpful We loved it and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend.

Arrival was straightforward- we caught bus #22 from airport - then a short walk to apartment. Apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Bed super comfortable. Roberts was very responsive for any questions. Plenty of food options around - either eat in or out. Supermarket within 5 minute walk.

Die Straßen zur Wohnung hin sind in einem desolaten Zustand. Auch der Innenhof, wo wir unser Auto parken konnten weist massive Löcher und Unebenheiten auf. The apartment is beautiful and with amazing views and close to sights and restaurants.

February 2024C'è stato un problema relativamente all'appartamento scelto, così l'host ci ha proposto un'altra soluzione poco distante e con all'incirca gli stessi servizi. L'appartamento non aveva la vista di quello richiesto in precedenza - motivo della scelta - ma si trovava in una posizione comodissima per visitare il centro di Riga, arredato in maniera piuttosto elegante e con un bel bagno e dei letti comodi. Peccato la ricezione wi fi scarsa e l'assenza di un forno. Nel complesso, a parte per lo sfortunato cambio di appartamento, siamo soddisfatti, ottima posizione e indicazioni chiare.

We loved the view over the square from the living room for when we were warming up from the cold weather outside. December 2023This was an excellent stay. A lovely warm apartment with great views & a perfect location - quiet but right in the heart of the Old Town. The host was very helpful & responsive. One piece of advice to future guests is to read the check-in instructions carefully re the location of the key box!

December 2023I booked this stay for my nephew and girlfriend who have been traveling and backpacking for months. Whenever I stay in Riga I stay here. Its great apt and location and my nephew and girlfriend were over the moon at how fabulous the place was -the location and view from their windows. They LOVED staying here as do I each time that I visit. Stop scrolling and just book this place!

Super comfortable beds and had everything that family of 4 needed, even a portable cot and highchair! I could not recommend this place enough! Love love loved it!

October 2023Sia's place was amazing! it exceeded our expectations! The flat was so modern and spotless. Location was right in the centre of old town and close by to all the cafes, as well as major tourist attractions. Finally Sia was the great communicator, responded quickly to our messages in a friendly manner. Definitely would recommend Sia's apartment if you visiting Riga!

October 2023Communication was easy and I got replies in minutes :). Description matched 100% to the reality. This apartment has everything for a Riga holiday. Clean, spacious, good beds (sofa was good for a third person), clean bathroom and good kitchen. Super nice place in the best place in old town...remember: location, location, location! Good breakfast places just around the corner ("This place does not need a name", Hilton, etc. Additionally we visited Lowine a bit further away since we had our car). And free parking was a cherry on top! Highly recommend!
