Designed as a haven for solo adventurers and couples seeking an intimate escape, our space invites you to experience the historical allure of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Please note that the apartment is located above a bar, so noise is to be expected, especially on the weekends.
The studio is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming space. A double bed awaits you after a day of exploration, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals prepared in the small kitchen, equipped with an electric stove and cooking essentials for whipping up simple yet delicious dishes. The compact fridge allows you to store your favorite snacks and beverages.
The apartment features a closet to neatly organize your belongings, ensuring a clutter-free environment during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a convenient shower, toilet, and a sink, providing all the essentials for your daily routine.
Note that there is a bar downstairs, which can be quite noisy, especially on the weekends. We provide earplugs for your comfort.

A laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities is available. It is shared between our three apartments.
Situated in the middle of Old Town, our apartment places you right at the center of Riga's rich history and vibrant culture. Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the narrow cobblestone streets, surrounded by medieval architecture, charming cafes, and the enchanting atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Be aware that there is a bar located on the ground floor of the building, so it can get noisy, especially on the weekends. We provide ear plugs for your comfort.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information)
The apartment is located on the second floor (first floor = ground floor, one flight of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
The building is located at the beginning of a pedestrian street and there is no parking by the building. There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.
There is cheaper street parking within 7-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.
Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.

July 2025Had such a lovely stay at this apartment. It’s small but has everything you need for a few days. Perfect for 1 person. Great location right in the centre of old town with many things to do right outside the doorstep. They even had umbrellas in the unit which is very handy. Shared washing machine and dryer was also a plus. There is a bar downstairs so it is loud until late but if you bring some good earplugs it shouldn’t be a problem. Would definitely stay here again!

May 2025Great host. They respond very quick, and provided easy to follow instructions. The bedding was nice, and they provided two towels for showering. If you want to have a drink and cook a meal, they have an electric stove, utensils, plates, wine glasses, normal glasses, kettle for boiling water, and coffee mugs. This is a nice place to stay, all amenities are near by. I would stay here again. Thank you.

May 2025Die Unterkunft war mitten in der Stadt - perfekte Lage! Es war in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch wenn es im Inserat kurz erwähnt wurde: wir waren über das Wochenende dort und die Musik von der Bar, die direkt unterm Appartment liegt, war wirklich sehr laut und ging sehr lange (bis 02:00). Man darf also nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Ansonsten hat aber alles gut gepasst und wir waren zufrieden!

February 2025A wonderful stay in Riga in a great location. A nice apartment that was very clean with a good sized comortable bed, and space for all out stuff. The kitchen was good, but maybe could have done with a microwave, but other than that - no problem. Easy to get around the old town, with lots of bars and restaurants if you needed them. We stayed in the winter. I can't comment what being there in tourist season would be like. Hosts were speedy to respond whenever we had a question.

Only downside was a cracked floor tile in the bathroom that stuck up out of the floor and was a little bit sharp. Host was messaging us to ensure we had everything we needed and was great. 10/10

January 2025This is an absolute gem of a place. You are right in the centre of old town, max 5 minutes from all the main places to see in Riga. An absolute steal for the price. You can definitely hear the bar music from down the stairs at night, but the host discloses this in the description, and for the price and the location it doesn’t really matter. Definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Riga.

January 2025Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, allerdings war eine Bodenfliese im Bad stark beschädigt und müsste auf jeden Fall ausgetauscht werden, damit sich niemand verletzt. Ich hätte die Küche nur morgens nutzen wollen, leider gab es keinen Toaster, was meiner Meinung da sein sollte. Es war leider jeden Abend bzw schon ab Nachmittags laut wegen der Musik der Bars. Ohrenstöpsel lagen keine bereit, aber ich hatte Gott sei Dank meine eigenen dabei. Auch sind ein Stockwerk drüber kleine Kinder, die sehr gerne hin und her laufen. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber es gibt sicher Leute, die es stören könnte. Das Bett war super bequem! Und die Handtücher weich. Leider war die Internet Verbindung nicht so gut. Ich hatte meist nur einen Balken und auch Netflix etc. hat öfters Probleme beim Laden gehabt. Es gibt also ein paar Kleinigkeiten, aber an sich ist es eine schöne kleine Wohnung.

October 2024Ubytování bylo krásné a odpovídalo popisu - cítily jsme se jako doma. Všechno bylo kousek, jak už památky tak i velký výběr restaurací. Ubytování je hned vedle několika barů, takže pokud dorazíte během víkendu, opravdu uslyšíte hudbu, takže doporučujeme špunty do uší a nebo dorazit v týdnu. Jinak rozhodně ubytování doporučujeme!

April 2024The flat is overall great - clean and in a good location in the old town. BUT the flat is above many clubs and bars so it is basically like sleeping in the night club because it is not just the noise but also the vibrations that are the problem. Sunday–Tuesday is okay since the party is not so much on but Wednesday–Saturday are really terrible. So if you are not planning on enjoying party life till morning and want some peace and sleep we cannot recommend this flat. If you are coming for party time with the locations is is just great.

March 2024Die Unterkunft war durch die Anweisungen des Gastgebers gut mit dem Bus vom Flughafen und ca. 7 Minuten Gehzeit zu erreichen. Das Airbnb war für einen Kurztrip sehr passend. Alles notwendige war vorhanden - lediglich 2 Handtücher mehr als vorhanden wären gut. Außerdem riecht das Badezimmer etwas streng und der makellose Eindruck von den Bildern der Wohnung konnte leider nicht bestätigt werden. Nichts weltbewegendes, jedoch auch nicht perfekt. 3 Sterne wären zu wenig da die Lage äußerst gut ist, alles notwendige Vorhanden war und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passte. Gute Unterkunft.

Informasjonen om transport fra flyplassen var veldig nyttig, vi tok buss som beskrevet og det fungerte veldig fint, enkelt og billig! Når vi ankom leiligheten sent onsdag kveld var den ikke vasket, da det hadde skjedd en feil, men Roberts svarte med en gang og løste dette på en veldig profesjonell måte. Kan anbefale både leilighet og utleier!
