We enjoyed staying at the apartment, mostly for it’s excellent location in Riga old town and also for the space that the rooms gave us. The owner responded immediately to a request for an extra sheet, they also left us a really tasty salad with cheese and sausage which was unexpected and welcomed. The only negatives are the apartment is in an inner courtyard with no views but this also meant it was very quiet. I also feel that a new sofa bed would be good as the existing one is heavily stained. Overall though it was a good place to stay.

Asunnon sijainti erinomainen. Huolimatta asunnon keskeisestä sijainnista, asunto oli hiljainen. Iso parkkitalo sijaitsi lähellä majoitustamme, joten saimme jätettyä auton sinne. Vuoteet olivat hyvät ja vuodevaatteet puhtaat, muuten siivous olisi saanut olla tarkempaa, esim.pintojen pyyhkimisessä puutetta. Majoittajan kanssa viestintä sujui hyvin.

Very responsive host, good central location. Saturday night noise can be heard til about 4am, but this is only very lightly due to Riga’s nightlife and I expect would be the same anywhere in the Old Town. I would recommend a stay at this Airbnb

Unfortunately I cannot rate the original accommodation as it was not ready for accommodation. Therefore we were moved to another accommodation next door (we were given a higher category accommodation). For us everything is absolutely fine.

We had a great time staying here! Communication was easy and access to the apartment was well explained so it was a very easy access and check-in. For the fact it's in the middle of the old town and in between bars, as soon as you enter the apartment it was very calm and a perfect day to relax in between activities as there is a lot around to explore. Restaurants, bars and cafés are all around so it's easy to always explore new places and everything was doable by foot. Additionally, we were able to reach someone within a few minutes so we could sort out questions super quickly. Would easily recommend staying here and come back for another trip !

Top location in the center of Oldtown Riga. Bars and Restaurants right next door but still quite during the night. Perfect for 4-6 people but also fine for 8. Host very friendly and helpful at any time of the day. Highly recommendable

The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect for a weekend getaway in Riga. Everything was as described on the apartments profile Apartment is located in the inner yard of the building, which was super quiet during the day. We could hear a little bit of music at night from the bars nearby during the weekend. Did not find the earplugs from the apartment, but managed to buy those for the person who slept in the living room – others were not bothered by the music! Communication with Bnbverit was smooth and friendly, we enjoyed our time in Riga and would recommend this accommodation to others as well.

Location, location!!! It can’t get any better or any more central. This place is right where you want to be. Close from everywhere, we always walked and it was really convenient to catch trains or buses. Despite it is on top of a bar and surrounded by restaurants, the second floor is very silent. Nice apartment, good bathroom premises and little kitchen with basics to fix breakfasts and dinners. The owner was always ready to cover our needs fast and solved everything when needed. Stairs to access the apartment are wooden narrow and twisted, really uncomfortable with suitcases (2 floors) and we decided to leave them on the first floor. A few things were broken (coats hanger, night table lamp, kitchen light switch, windows handles), which we didn’t mind but told the owner so we wouldn’t be blamed. The chairs were nastily stained and also the bedrooms walls and ceiling (from humidity). Heating went off and it felt really cold, so we complained and electric heaters were provided.

The location was just perfect and the apartment had the right size and was clean. It was also very quiet, especially considering the location in the center of the old town. I was a bit disappointed about the details, though. The two smoke detectors didn't work and sat on a window sill near the kitchen area, the bedrooms had huge stains on the walls from a previous water damage, the couch and chairs had a lot of stains, the bathroom didn't have grout between the tiles, the microwave smelled as if something had burned inside, the pictures weren't framed nicely and the clothes rack by the entrance was completely broken and unusable. We did have a great stay, but those details really could have improved the experience further.

everything would've been great if not for the mess. seems like the host didnt expect us, even though the self check in instructions were sent to us. the bedsheets were not clean, chair covers were covered in red spots ( sauce or something) and we found a good chunk of hair in the shower.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität. Wir hatten wirklich das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Duschvorhang in der Dusche könnte ausgetauscht werden, da er nicht mehr sehr frisch aussieht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

This is where you want to stay! The apartment has the best of both worlds: central, right behind a fun bar with cherry cordials, but also calm and quiet. Both ample bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard. We had wonderful adventures walking to so many close sites such as the markets and the river for a boat cruise. There's convenient laundry in the hallway just outside the apartment. What a great place to stay.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr moderne neuwertige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern in allerbester Spitzenlage, zentral in der Altstadt von Riga. Zudem war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. In den beiden Schlafzimmer waren Wasserflecke an den Wänden bzw. an der Decke, das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört.

The apartment looks just like the pictures; very stylish and big. The location is also superb. Everything you could wish for is just around the corner. Also the host answers every message in a few minutes. I would have hoped for more cleanliness from the apartment. The private entrance/stairway smelled like something was rotting, cords were hanging from the ceiling and it was full of sand and stones. In the apartment itself there was mold in the bedrooms and flies. On a last minus I didn't get any cold water from the kitchen tap in the time i was there (monday-thursday). I waited one whole day for the plumber who, after my many messages to the host, never arrived to the apartment. After this i gave up and bought bottled water. I would have hoped for some apologies from the host or water bottles. All and all the stay was ok.

Absolutely lovely apartment - very clean and tidy and the location was great. I don’t think you can go wrong staying in the old town in Riga but this was very central and there were lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep, with everything else comfortably in walking distance. Very good value for money. Roberts always responded to messages very quickly which was appreciated. The only negatives were the staircase leading to the apartment was a little tight for tall/larger people and the door to the building was, at points, difficult to unlock with the only advice being ‘turn the key harder’!! Not worth knocking a star off the rating but we were concerned at one point that we wouldn’t make it back into the apartment as it took 10/15 mins to get through that one door! In spite of that I would stay there again, hence five stars across the board.

we originally booked another apartment which was a disaster- we were really stuck. We messaged Roberts and they got back immediately- and we literally walked over and were in the apartment in less than 10 mins from booking. Communication was excellent. The apartment was lovely- through a quirky courtyard and up 2 flights of stairs. Beautiful and spotless bathroom, small, compact kitchen, 2 spotless bedrooms with lovely bedding and towels. Fantastic location right in the middle of the Old Town with a bar opposite and a bar next door and a great breakfast place on the corner. Would highly recommend this apartment
