1 Bathroom Perfectly situated just a stone's throw away from the central station and the charming Old Town, our space offers convenience and comfort for your stay in this beautiful city. Ideal for couples or small families, our studio apartment may be small in size but is big on functionality. With a cleverly designed loft bed, a comfortable sofa bed, and all the necessary amenities, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (best suited for 2 adults and 2 children, but can also host 3 adults).
Upon entering, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with cooking essentials, a fridge, induction stove, and a convenient coffee machine, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying a morning brew. The bathroom features a modern shower. Washing machine is currently out of order.
After a day of exploring Riga's enchanting streets, unwind in the cozy living area, where a Smart TV awaits. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming platforms (use your own accounts) or enjoy some YouTube entertainment. Stay connected with loved ones back home or catch up on emails with our complimentary Wi-Fi.
Nestled on the second floor (accessible by one flight of stairs), our apartment offers a quiet retreat from the bustling city below. While there's no scenic view from the window, you'll find the convenience of being just minutes away from Riga's most iconic landmarks and attractions.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking by the building - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Apartment is located on the second floor floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor). The window is facing inner courtyard, there is no view, but it protects the apartment from street noise and from heating up in summer sun.

May 2025Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr klein, aber mit etwas Geschick können zwei Personen auf der Ausziehcouch und eine Person im Bett schlafen. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind voll funktionsfähig, jedoch hat die Waschmaschine ohne Hinweis im Inserat nicht funktioniert, sodass es eine kleine Wasserüberflutung gab. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Apartments sehr gut, da man sich zentral in der Innenstadt Rigas befindet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Personen sehr zu empfehlen, mit drei Personen gestaltet es sich bereits ein bisschen schwieriger.

The host was very helpful and brought us 3 extra small towels when we asked. I would definitely stay there again if visiting as a 2-person group.

There is a small market nearby, almost everything is available. The kitchen utensils were sufficient, we found what we were looking for. We had no problems. My wife and I stayed with our 4-year-old son, we had no problems. The host is very friendly, communication is very easy. He responds very quickly to messages and gives local recommendations. I recommend the house.

Roberts always responded very quickly and was friendly and polite. The location is an easy walk from the train and coach station and is convenient but still quiet.

June 2024Very good apartment, it has everything we need for a few days such as spices for the kitchen, coffee, tea, bath soap and even cotton swabs and bandages in the bathroom. The top bed is small for a couple, but a couple with 1 child can easily overcome this problem.

Cependant le lit principal est, je pense, trop petit pour deux personnes, ou alors pour deux enfants. Aussi, il faisait plutôt chaud la nuit, un ventilateur et cela aurait été parfait!
