Perfect for two guests, our apartment boasts a cozy yet spacious atmosphere with all the comforts of home. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a charming bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed adorned with crisp bedding. Need to catch up on some work? Not to worry, there's also a desk available for your convenience.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath/shower combo, toilet, and sink, ensuring you have everything you need for a refreshing stay. Additionally, a closet in the hall provides ample storage space for your belongings.
The living room and kitchen area is the true highlight of our apartment, offering a generous space for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the large sofa as you unwind in front of the SMART TV, or gather around the dining table for a delightful meal prepared in our high-end kitchen equipped with top-quality appliances.
Located in the center of Liepāja, just steps away from Rose Square and the theater, our apartment offers easy access to the city's vibrant attractions and cultural landmarks. Take a leisurely stroll along the nearby canal or explore the charming streets lined with shops and cafes. The beach is located 15 minute walk from the apartment. And with a free parking lot conveniently located just a minute away, you can explore the city with ease.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.

November 2025It was a great place to stay. Wide,modern apartment with walkable location in Liepaja. As long it was good that apartment is located on a small street, and area is peacful, both nights there was a party in the basement with a high volume of music and bass through walls. Both nights we were supposed to call police, because it was not normal…but as we understood it is a casual thing there. Except this, apartment was good!

October 2025Overall, we had a good experience staying here. The location is very central, with plenty to do and see nearby, perfect for exploring the area. The host was very responsive and proactive in communication, which made everything smooth and easy. There was some noise from the neighbours and the bar across the street, especially in the evenings, but it wasn’t a major issue. The flat would definitely benefit from having a washing machine and a microwave to make longer stays more convenient. Also, having wooden floors in the bathroom wasn’t the most practical choice, as we were constantly worried about water damage.

September 2025This is the second time we have stayed in this building, previously in a bigger apartment but from the same host. Very satisfied with this place and this is my family’s go to place now when staying in Liepāja. I recommend it to everyone, location is great, free parking 2-3 minute walk away, apartment has everything you need. Everything is clean and good quality. Responsive and polite host. I have nothing bad to say at all. Very happy with this place and we already can’t wait for the next time. Thank you! ✨
