Not to worry, there's also a desk available for your convenience.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath/shower combo, toilet, and sink, ensuring you have everything you need for a refreshing stay. Additionally, a closet in the hall provides ample storage space for your belongings.
The living room and kitchen area is the true highlight of our apartment, offering a generous space for relaxation and entertainment. Located in the center of Liepāja, just steps away from Rose Square and the theater, our apartment offers easy access to the city's vibrant attractions and cultural landmarks. And with a free parking lot conveniently located just a minute away, you can explore the city with ease.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.
