One of the most distinctive features of our apartment is the seamless transition between the living room and one of the bedrooms, facilitated by a large sliding door that not only enhances the sense of space but also floods the interior with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere that is both cozy and expansive. Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers its own unique charm, with a private terrace that beckons you to step outside and savor the fresh air and sunshine. And with comfortable beds, ample storage space, and a stylish bathroom equipped with all the essentials, every aspect of your stay has been carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort and convenience.
Located in the center of Liepāja, just steps away from Rose Square and the theater, our apartment offers easy access to the city's vibrant attractions and cultural landmarks. Take a leisurely stroll along the nearby canal or explore the charming streets lined with shops and cafes. The beach is located 15 minute walk from the apartment. And with a free parking lot conveniently located just a minute away, you can explore the city with ease.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.

December 2025The apartment was very warm, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. Everything was clean and felt fresh, which made the stay especially enjoyable. We also really liked the apartment’s design, which felt stylish and welcoming. The location is extremely convenient, with most places reachable within a short walk. However, this also means that there are nightlife venues nearby, so light sleepers may be disturbed by street noise at night. We would love to return in the summer with a larger group. One thing that would make a longer stay even more comfortable is having a washing machine.

September 2025Prima locatie, mooie ruimte. Soms hoor je geluid van buiten naar als je de ramen dicht hebt heb je daar nauwelijks weet van. Prachtig appartement in een leuke stad. Er was bij ons nog een klusje te doen in de badkamer maar dat is vast op orde voor de volgende.

May 2025Gustownie urządzony apartament w ścisłym centrum. Wysoki sufit oraz duże przestronne pokoje. Obustronna ekspozycja okien. Mocne mury, więc sąsiadów w ogóle bekę było słychać. Zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo, a decyzja o wybraniu tego lokalu moim zdaniem była trafiona. Dziękuję za zapewnienie miłej atmosfery!
