Located just 1 minute walk from Vērmane garden and 5 minute walk from the Central Station and the Old Town, this brand new 1 bedroom apartment will be the perfect base for exploring Riga.
Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and accommodates guests with a single bed and a comfortable sofa bed.
The space
This studio apartment includes:
- A single bed (120x200);
- A sofa that folds out into a double bed (140x200);
- bed linen and towels;
- fast internet;
- a kitchen equipped with an electric stove (2 burners), french press for coffee, pot and a pan, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils;
- washing machine;
- heating during the heating season (early October until late April);
- portable fan;
- bathroom with a shower, shampoo, towels and hairdryer;
- iron and ironing board.
House rules
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Guests will have full access to entire unit.
Other things to note
There is paid street parking available by the building. It costs 3.00 EUR/h, it is for free on workdays from 20:00-08:00, on Saturdays from 17:00 and whole Sunday is for free.
You can also use Origo underground parking on Stacijas laukums 4, it costs 14 euros for 24 hours.
Apartment is located on the third floor floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor). The window is facing inner courtyard, there is no view, but it protects the apartment from street noise and from heating up in summer sun.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

All in all a pleasant stay. Everything was as described. The apartment was rather hot during peak temperatures in July. We were of course aware that there is no air-condition and the provided portable fan was definitely put to high use.
Bathroom was exceptionally good and surprisingly spacious.
We were a family of three with a 3 year old kid and literally the only thing we thought the apartment would need was a small sofa table to better suit e.g family breakfast or supper.

Meitä oli kaksi sisarusta lomamatkalla ja yövyimme neljä yötä tässä asunnossa.
Asunto olisi erinomainen yhdelle, sopiva kahdelle, mutta ahdas kolmelle aikuiselle. Sänky oli aika kapea eikä sohva ollut kovin mukava nukkua. Asunnossa oli esimerkiksi vain yksi tuoli, joten toisen piti syödä seisten tai sängyn päällä.
Kylpyhuone oli siisti ja riittävän tilava. Kaipaisi vain muutamia koukkuja pyyhkeille.
Asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen - lähellä linja-auto sekä juna-asemaa. Vieressä oli iso ostoskeskus, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asunto oli keskeisestä paikasta huolimatta rauhallinen ja hiljainen.
Omistaja oli tavoitettavissa koko ajan ja vastasi nopeasti.

I was very happy staying here. It’s in a great location close to both the Riga Bus Station and many of Riga’s main attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and the building is beautifully historic. The unit itself is modern and clean. It has just about anything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. Ich habe ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und es war wirklich schön! Es gab alles, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt und es war sehr ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und diverse Cafés. Die Vermieter waren stets präsent und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich mich immer an sie hätte wenden können. Danke:)

השהייה בריגה היתה מעולה. הדירה תאמה בדיוק את מה שכתוב, הכל היה במידה הנכונה (האבזור במטבח ובאמבטיה, המצעים), המארחים היו אדיבים ונעימים, תמיד זמינים ובאו לקראתנו, עשו הכל על מנת שיהיה לנו נוח.
ההזמנה היתה לשבועיים, פרק זמן לא קצר, והמיקום היה מושלם. קורב לכל מקום, סמוך לקניון שהיה בו הכל, כולל סופר וחנויות נוספות.

We were staying at the apartment for a bit more than a week. The rental price matched the quality of accommodation. Location is incredibly good, it’s right in the centre of the city, you have everything you might need within walking distance, as well as you can easily get to the railway or bus station, and the bus stop for the airport bus is also close. The apartment is not that spacious, but it is good for 2 people. Although, we felt the lack of a proper table that could be used as a working space or a place to eat. There is a bar table with only 1 bar chair, which is not convenient, because the other person has either to wait, or to use a ladder-chair to sit on which is not really comfortable. Also we had an issue with the clogged drain in the shower which we could not solve on our own, and it took a lot of time for water to drain. But you probably won’t face this problem if your stay period is not more than 5 days. The host is really helpful and responds quickly. We enjoyed our stay

Lovely small studio, very comfortable and clean all around . Had everything you need, a cooker, microwave and a kettle. Shower was something else, the water pressure was stronggg, didn’t want to step out of the shower.
You need to follow the instructions provided to find the flat otherwise it might be difficult. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at Roberts’ apartment for a long weekend in Riga, the apartment was as pictured and described, very well placed close to the canal, the old town, the Art Deco neighbourhood, etc. Check-in and check-out were flexible and Roberts was always available. The only thing we thought could be improved is how well equipped the apartment is, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, there wasn’t a tray in the shower to put your shampoo and soap and we didn’t receive a bathroom rug to stand on. Nevertheless with these adjustments I would definitely stay again!

Roberts place was perfectly located, 10-12mins walk from the Riga coach and train station, 10mins from the old town and within few mins walking distance of all the main attractions , parks,restaurants, specialty coffee and craft breweries.
The area is very safe and we walked around early morning and late night with no issues. The place itself is very compact, comfortable sofa and bed, the bathroom and shower is big, modern and has good water pressure. There are kitchen facilities and amenities available but we didn’t cook so wouldn’t know much more. Roberts communication was really good and I recommend his plan to anyone considering visiting Riga and looking for a good location close to all the major attractions but also a lot of privacy .
