1 Bathroom Ideally situated in the heart of Old Town Riga, just steps away from the iconic House of the Blackheads and the bustling Dome Square, our one bedroom apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay.
Apartment Features:
Bedroom: Relax in the cozy bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a spacious closet for all your belongings.
Bathroom: The well-appointed bathroom includes a bath/shower combo, toilet, bidet, and sink, providing everything you need for a refreshing experience.
Living Room: Unwind in the living room, equipped with a sofa that can sleep two additional guests (best for kids), and a TV for entertainment (there is a new, larger 43” smart TV, not the small one seen in images).
Dining Area: Enjoy meals in the dining area, which comfortably seats six guests.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen, located right next to the living room behind a sliding door (can be kept open), includes a fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, and another dining table. We provide all necessary dishes, cutlery, pans, and pots to make your stay hassle-free.
Additionally, we have one single fold up bed available for a fifth guest (90x200)
The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The House Of Blackhead and the Dome Square is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 7 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.
Please note that some noise from the Old Town streets, bars and restaurants can be expected, especially during weekends and summer events.
Parking:
Street Parking: Available within a 5-minute walk, costing 3 EUR per hour, free from 20:00-08:00 and on Sundays.
Parking Lots: Several options are available within a 10-15 minute walk, ranging from 12-24 EUR for 24 hours.
