Apartment Features:
Four Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed (180cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, dual sinks, washer, and dryer.
Second Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed and is accessible through a large door from the living room.
Third Bedroom: A cozy space with a double bed.
Fourth Bedroom: A room with double bed and access to balcony (balcony has no view)
Living Room: Boasts two large sofas that convert into comfortable beds, a SMART TV, and a fireplace. Enjoy a picturesque view of St. Peter's Church tower from the windows.
Two Bathrooms:
En-suite Bathroom: Attached to the master bedroom, fully equipped with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, and dual sinks.
Second Bathroom: Accessible from the hall, includes a shower, toilet and sink.
Hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand wash is provided in both bathrooms.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Features a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes and cutlery. A dining table with seating for eight is perfect for family meals.
Modern Conveniences:
Air conditioning in the main living room and master bedroom.
Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
SMART TV
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to the entire unit
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace serves only as a decor and is not safe to use.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
THIRD FLOOR:
The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator in the building.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Old Town, which tend to be quite lively, especially during summer, so some noise is to be expected.

July 2025Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, vom ankommen bis zum abfahren. Eine große, geräumige Wohnung, viel Komfort, sehr sauber, sehr angenehm. Mitten im Zentrum, in der Altstadt, alle Wege waren sehr kurz, das war wirklich großartig. Großer Bildschirm, und sogar deutsches DAZN war zu empfangen! (Fußball EM) Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte ausladender sein. Das war aber auch das einzige. Alles in allem: Wir würden gerne dort noch einmal einige Tage verbringen wollen. Können wir empfehlen.

June 2025I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was clean, modern, and very well renovated. The location is perfect... close to everything I needed. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

June 2025great place to stay in the middle of Riga. Very walkable and the apartment is well decorated and beds are comfy. We did find the place a little lacking when it came to the kitchen amenities, I think more of an expectation that you will be eating out while staying - of which there are plenty of great restaurants around. In saying that, the host was very quick to respond and solve any issues we had.

February 2025We gad a lovely stay in a beautiful large apartment, which is perfectly located, loved the tall ceilings loved the sofas just really a comfortable place to stay. we were a party of 6 but plenty of room for more. There's a great view of the cathedral tower from the kitchen (the tower is a great point of reference when navigating around the city). You can walk to most places easily and the apartment is really close to public transport. The hosts were great at communicating (helped make phone calls when we were trying to get tickets to the ice hockey). I would definitely revisit Rīga and stay here again. I Highly recommend staying here

Мебель удобная. Магазины и рестораны в двух шагах. Дом в идеальном состоянии, не вызывает неприятных ощущений. Владельцы оперативно отвечают на все вопросы.

November 2024Such a clean huge flat apartment. Everything was of quality and it was perfect for the needs of me and four of my friends for a weekend. Do not pay less for something else, trust me it is worth it. Everyone loved it and would definitely stay here again when visiting Riga.

November 2024We had a great stay here! Pretty much in the middle of the old town it was easy to walk everywhere and the living room had a great view as well. The spacey living room also allowed an easy going movie night with all of us to end exhausting sightseeing days.

November 2024Vi var en grupp om åtta kompisar som bodde här en långhelg i slutet av november och vi är alla väldigt nöjda med vistelsen. Nära till allt. Fräscht och kliniskt rent. Mycket bra planlösning för social samvaro med det stora rummet i mitten av lägenheten med sofforna där alla får plats. Kanske inte speciellt mysigt och lägenheten skulle vinna på mer textilier och färg, och man skall inte räkna med att kunna tillaga mat i lägenheten mer avancerat än att koka ett ägg. Men för vårt ändamål med en helgvistelse med alla mål mat ute så var det här perfekt. Därtill bra kommunikation med värden som var tillmötesgående. För en större grupp/familj som söker ett bra boende kan jag utan tvekan varmt rekommendera detta.

The place was probably one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed - very clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable beds, had all the needed kitchen utensils and equipment. Not to forget the amazing views out the window.

October 2024Vi (familie med 2 tenåringer) hadde et fint opphold i Riga. Leiligheten er stor, ren og fin med god beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Det er 5 minutter gange til buss 22 som går til og fra flyplassen - samt annen kollektivtransport. Verten vår Roberts gjorde en utmerket jobb, og var svært serviceinnstilt. Vi kan anbefale et opphold her!

The location is great for easy walking access to a lot of bars, restaurants, churches, etc. But is a bit noisy, as stated in the listing. With the windows closed and a white noise app, it was not a problem though.
