2 Bathrooms A thoughtfully designed studio apartment in Riga Old Town, near St. Peter's Church and Galerija Centrs mall. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated historic building (with elevator) and offers a comfortable base for city breaks, business trips, or longer stays. Professionally managed and well suited for guests who value quiet comfort and a central location.
Apartment Features:
Four Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed (180cm) and an additional bed for 2 guests (best for children). Also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, dual sinks, washer, and dryer.
Second Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed and is accessible through a large door from the living room.
Third Bedroom: A cozy space with a double bed.
Fourth Bedroom: A room with double bed and access to balcony (balcony has no view)
Living Room: Two large sofas that convert into comfortable beds, a SMART TV, and a decorative fireplace (not safe to use with real fire). View of St. Peter's Church tower from the windows.
Two Bathrooms:
En-suite Bathroom: Attached to the master bedroom, fully equipped with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, and dual sinks.
Second Bathroom: Accessible from the hall, includes a shower, toilet and sink.
Hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand wash is provided in both bathrooms.
Kitchen:

SMART TV
Elevator in the building
The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to the entire unit
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace serves only as a decor and is not safe to use.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
SECOND FLOOR:
The apartment is on the second floor, there is an elevator in the building.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Old Town, which tend to be quite lively, especially during summer, so some noise is to be expected.

November 2025Mukava ja sopiva asunto 10 henkilölle. Ongelmia: pienen wc:n suihkun lattiaviemäri veti veden tosi hitaasti. Suihkussa sai valuttaa pitkään ennen kuin haaleaa vettä alkoi tulla. Ison kylpyhuoneen ovi narisi kovaäänisesti.

October 2025Fantastic location. All of the sights were extremely close by and everything g else was walkable. There was a supermarket one minute away and the best bar over the street (Two More Beers). The space inside was perfect - we were a group of 7 - and comfortable. Could not fault this place at the price.

October 2025Ligger helt perfekt midt i Riga. I gåafstand til alt - roligt kvarter i oktober, måske mindre roligt om sommeren? Lækker stor lejlighed med god indretning og højt til loftet. God stue med stort fjernsyn. Køkkenet passer til 4-8 gæster. Dejligt med fire store soveværelser og to store badeværelser. Tæt på lokalt supermaked og et shoppingcenter, hvor der også er et mindre foodmarket øverst. Dejligt sted!

October 2025Apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the old town of Riga. Easy to find and very close to many shops and restaurants, but not far from the airport either. Plenty of space even for a bigger group of people and the apartment looked like in the pictures. Host was very quick at replying to any queries we had, even during evenings, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would stay here again if returning to Riga in the future.

July 2025the apartment is in a prime location, in the center of the old town, walkable to everything you want to do in old town. it’s also very spacious. there’s AC in the living room and the en-suite bedroom, the other 3 bedrooms could get a bit warm, but the host was quickly responded with a fan, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. overall, it was a great stay for us to explore Riga.

July 2025We received all the information needed, the accommodation was as nice as in the pictures and the location was excellent. There were many good restaurants nearby. Maybe that was the reason why there were not many chairs and pans etc. in the kitchen. We decided to cook, dine and have breakfast at the lovely accommodation, so that is why we would have needed chairs for all 7 of us. The place is very spacious so there would definitely be enough room with some small adjustments in the dining area. We enjoyed staying at this accommodation, thank you!

February 2025We were a group of friends that had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. It was perfect for socializing but at the same time you could get away and be in private in one of the bedrooms. Everything was fresh and according to description, and the location was amazing. Short walking distance to restaurants, café’s and bars, and just a couple of minutes to the tram if you want to go into the city centre. All in all, a very nice getaway for me and my friends and we couldn’t be happier! I warmly recommend!

December 2024Великолепный отдых! Мы оставались на 2 ночи в составе семьи из 9 человек и собака. Всем хватило места! Расположение отличное , до универмага 3 минуты , улица тихая и спокойная. Никакого шума не было слышно вообще, в сравнении с апартаментами в других частях старого города. В доме есть лифт. Удобно что было все необходимое : шампунь , фен, капсулы для посудомойки и стиральной машины . Хотим вернутся ещё ! Спасибо !
