Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Featuring a 160cm wide bed (made in Latvia), an en suite bathroom with both a separate bath and shower, and a washing machine with built in dryer for your convenience. This bedroom also includes a generous walk-in closet. An air conditioner ensures a comfortable atmosphere.
Second and Third Bedroom: Includes a comfortable 140cm wide bed (also made in Latvia).
Bathrooms:
The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom offers a bath, separate shower, and washing machine.
The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and is accessible from the hall (not attached to a bedroom).
Living Area:
The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The room is kept cool with an air conditioner.
The living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area, creating a warm and inviting space for socialising.
Kitchen:
Equipped with cooking basics, dishes, cutlery, a fridge, electric stove, and oven, the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

Located on the third floor of a charming building in Riga Old Town.
The building includes an elevator, ensuring easy access to the apartment.
Air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and the living room.
The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests have full access to entire unit
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).

Seul petit bémol, peu d ustensiles adaptés pour cuisiner (1 petite poêle, 1 casserole moyenne et 2 petites), pas assez adapté pour 5 personnes. Nous avons passé un Tmtrès beau et bon séjour à Riga.

October 2024The apartment is very spacious and quiet considering the location in old town close to pubs and restaurants and a shopping centre. All the windows are facing inner courtyard and there is absolutely no noise from the street. We very much enjoyed the large rooms with high ceilings and in particular the huge bathroom which has two separate sinks, a built in shower corner and a large bathtub. The dining and living room area are also very pleasing and well thought through. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes. There was salt and sugar but no other comestibles. There's a coffee machine but no kettle for boiling hot water for tea, and we had to use a saucepan, which was not a major issue. All in all, we very much liked staying in the flat and would definitely choose this place again when visiting Riga.

October 2024Very nice place. Very big rooms. Central in Riga. It is a professional air’bnb apartment and not a local home. The only little thing is that the kitchen was poorly equipped, the dishwasher needed salt etc and the cleaning in one of the bathrooms wasn’t up to the otherwise high standard. But all in all a very nice apartment and a great ‘home base’ for a few days in the beautiful city of Riga. We can recommend it.
