2 Bathrooms Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, this exquisite 3 bedroom Old Town apartment combines modern furnishings with convenient location near the St Peter's church.
Apartment Features:
Three Bedrooms:
First bedroom: Features a king-size bed (180cm) and an additional bed for 2 guests (best for children).
Second Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed and is accessible through a large door from the living room.
Third Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed, walk in closet and the bathroom is attached to this bedroom.
Living Room: Boasts two large sofas that convert into comfortable beds, a SMART TV, and a decorative fireplace (fire cannot be made, but there are some candles for the atmosphere).
Bathrooms:
En-suite Bathroom: Attached to Bedroom 3, fully equipped with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, and dual sinks, as well as a washing machine.
Half Bathroom: Accessible from the hall, includes a toilet and sink.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Features a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes and cutlery. A dining table with seating for eight is perfect for family meals.
Modern Conveniences:
Air conditioning in the main living room and master bedroom.
Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
SMART TV
The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to the entire unit
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace serves only as a decor and is not safe to use.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
THIRD FLOOR:
The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator in the building.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Old Town, which tend to be quite lively, especially during summer, so some noise is to be expected.
VIEW:
Windows are facing the inner courtyard, so there is no view.

July 2025This apartment in Old Town was above and beyond what we were expecting. The layout is incredibly spacious and suitable for a lot of people. We had two couples, four kids and a grandma stay and didn’t feel crammed. The host was a very effective and timely communicator. They were proactive in sending information, inquiring about our check-in to see how it went and asking if we needed anything once we got settled. This apartment is walking distance to much of what Riga has to offer. We are grateful for our time there and would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

May 2025En stor og romslig leilighet i Old Town! Vi var en kompisgjeng som var så heldige å bo i denne fine leiligheten en langhelg i Riga. Leilighetene lå utrolig sentralt til, hadde gode fasiliteter og en utrolig vennlig og serviceinnstilt vert. Anbefaler denne leiligheten for store grupper. Gode og tydelige instruksjoner for innsjekk og utsjekk gjorde hele leieopplevelsen smidig.

May 2025The apartment itself was more spacious and group friendly than anticipated, much thanks to it's high ceilings and spacious rooms. Location was perfect for a group looking to do a lot of activities and dine out a lot. Instructions for check in was clear and they were kind enough to let us leave our bags for a few hours post check out. We were a group of 13 people.

April 2025We loved this apartment! Usually it’s all about location and the accommodation might fall a little short, but in this instance, the location and the apartment were lovely! There was only three of us, so it was very spacious but even if they’d have been more of us, it would still have felt spacious! Everything we wanted to do and see was in walking distance. It also has a lift which is very unusual in a traditional apartment, so even great for those less mobile! Communication was great throughout! I would hesitate to book this apartment again!

February 2025The place was really nice and the location was perfect. Unfortunately the toilet seat was broken and there was no soap, schampoo or coffee pods even though that was communicated to be there. Also when we asked for it to be refilled and the hosts confirmed that they would do that, it did not happen. Kitchen table does only fit 8 people which is less than the amount of sleeping spots. Overall a nice place and I would book it again, however I would buy coffee and such at the store below (very close).

February 2025Veldig fornøyd med stedet og beliggenhet, gode senger og ellers koselig leilighet. Lett og gå til restauranter og opplevelser. Spurte om hjelp til noe i leiligheten og de skulle komme innen 2 timer, men ingen kom. Ellers var de raske til å svare på meldinger og veldig hyggelig. I sin helhet et flott opphold for 7 fornøyde jenter ; )

January 2025The apartment was as spacious as in the pictures. It was beautiful. We went on a trip with seven people, and each person had their own place to sleep. Everything is within walking distance, and parking right next to the old town is available at reasonable prices. The host was proactive and shared good tips. All 7 guys enjoyed the stay and were amazed at how big and beautiful the place was. Thank you for hosting us

December 2024We stayed here only 1 night, but location is extremely good (heart of Rīga oldtown), because all POIs are just couple minutes away by foot. Flat is very spacious, bright and very comfortable. Has all necessary amenities and can accomodate 6 people very comfortably, because it has 3 double beds in separate and spacious bedrooms. Host was very responsive and helpfull. Overall - highly recommend.

December 2024Perfect place to stay as a group in the old town... we were only 3 but loved having our own rooms!! Very central to all the sites. Has a lift for accessibility. As mentioned, the only bath/showerroom is off the one bedroom... but there is a separate toilet in the main area; so due to this, ensure you are all comfortable sharing the bathroom access. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely book again.
