First bedroom: Features a king-size bed (180cm) and an additional bed for 2 guests (best for children).
Second Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed and is accessible through a large door from the living room.
Third Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed, walk in closet and the bathroom is attached to this bedroom.
Living Room: Boasts two large sofas that convert into comfortable beds, a SMART TV, and a decorative fireplace (fire cannot be made, but there are some candles for the atmosphere).
Bathrooms:
En-suite Bathroom: Attached to Bedroom 3, fully equipped with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, and dual sinks, as well as a washing machine.
Half Bathroom: Accessible from the hall, includes a toilet and sink.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Features a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes and cutlery. A dining table with seating for eight is perfect for family meals.

SMART TV
The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to the entire unit
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace serves only as a decor and is not safe to use.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
THIRD FLOOR:
The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator in the building.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Old Town, which tend to be quite lively, especially during summer, so some noise is to be expected.
VIEW:
Windows are facing the inner courtyard, so there is no view.
