1 Bathroom This one-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a renovated building with an elevator. It’s a practical choice for up to four guests, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The location is very convenient—less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and the Art Nouveau district. A tram stop nearby makes it easy to get around the city. Whether you're here for sightseeing or work, this apartment offers a comfortable and well-connected base in Riga.

- Closet and a dresser.

- Comfortable sofa that turns into a bed, with pillows and fresh bed linen;
- dining table, which can be comfortably used as a workspace for home office needs;
- a kitchen equipped with pots and pans, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils induction stove, microwave and fridge;
Bathroom:
- shower;
- toilet;
- sink;
- washing machine;
- hairdryer;
Other:
- Wi-Fi;
- heating during the heating season (early October until late April);
- iron and ironing board.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Parking:
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Other details to note:
Apartment is located on 6th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

December 2025Lovely flat perfect for staying in for up to a week. Located right outside a tram stop and a short walk away from all the main districts in Riga like the old town and art nouveau areas. It’s a simple flat but has all you need in for a comfortable stay. Only thing to note is the bathroom - the shower is very poorly designed and leaks water on to the bathroom floor which can lead to a damp smell by the end of the stay. A heated floor, bathroom fan and electric towel rail help to dry everything off post-shower but definitely brings the place down when you’re having to rush a shower so it doesn’t leak.

December 2025A lovely apartment in central Riga. The apartment was very central, far enough from the noise but only a short walk to all the sights and attractions. We felt right at home in the apartment, it was modern, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The host was very helpful when we reached out – one of the most responsive hosts we’ve had! The only reason we are giving 4/5 stars is because the shower lining was bent towards the bottom, which resulted in some water leaking during the shower which we needed to mop up. We recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Riga, and hope to stay there again!

December 2025Это полноценная двухкомнатная квартира. Рекомендую и на короткий, и на длительный срок. Есть все необходимое. Зимой днем в квартире темновато, в спальню с утра почти не попадает свет, так как окна во двор-колодец, в кухне-гостиной помогают мансардные окна. В душе низковат бортик и недостаточный уклон, вода вытекает за пределы кабины при мытье. Есть стиральная машина с функцией сушки, утюг, посуда, хорошая сантехника, телевизор, интернет. Нам было уютно и комфортно.

November 2025We had a lovely time in Riga - it was our first holiday abroad together. The apartment was nice - convenient location, clean, warm and a cosy bed. The hosts were very nice and messaged us to check we were getting on okay. The elevator was very handy as it's a lot of stairs!! The only problem we encountered was the bathroom. The door didn't shut and we didn't know why until one of us had a shower. The seal on the bottom of the shower door was broken so resulted in a flooded floor. We put the underfloor heating on when this happened and it seemed to dry up ok, however we realised this is why the door doesn't shut, as the water has made the doorframe swell. Overall we were happy with the place, but some improvements could be made.

July 2025Ensimmäinen kerta Riiassa perheeni kanssa. Meillä on kaksi pientä lasta ja kaikki sujui hyvin asunnon kanssa. Sijainti oli tosi hyvä! Pääsee joka paikkaan kävellen. Asunnon tien toisella puolella oli vielä lapsille leikkipuisto, mikä oli erittäin kiva yllätys lapsille! Asunto oli moderni ja puhdas. Ainut huono puoli oli, että asunto oli hieman kuuma. Sanottiin siitä majoittajalle ja saatiin pikaisesti tuulettimen

July 2025Мы остановились в апартаментах втроём: с мужем и дочкой, и для нас эти апартаменты оказались идеальным вариантом. Спальня отдельная, что очень удобно, а гостиная с кухонным уголком достаточно светлая благодаря потолочным окнам, которые добавляют особую атмосферу. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое: от моющих средств до стиральной машины с сушкой, на кухне — посуда, кофемашина, чай, специи. Чувствовали себя как дома! Единственный момент — в жару может быть немного душновато, но открытые окна спасают ситуацию. Расположение апартаментов тоже очень удобное: рядом парки, магазины, кафе, ресторанчики, парк с детской площадкой, старый город и променад в пешей доступности. Однозначно рекомендуем и себе оставим этот вариант на будущее!

June 2025Die Wohnung liegt nahe des Hbf und man kann zu Fuß die Altstadt und Neustadt bestens erreichen. Die Atmosphäre in der Gegend ist toll, habe mich dort sowie auch in der Wohnung super wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war super sauber und gemütlich, die Küche bestens eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht! Würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen
