We enjoyed our stay very much, and would absolutely return. The flat was as pictured and advertised. The decor is warm and welcoming. There is very good lighting, both natural and provided. The tile in the bathroom and the building entryway is especially lovely. The flat was very quiet and private. It was spacious and had comfortable seating, including a huge sofa, a table with four chairs, and a desk workspace. The bed was very good. The location is perfect-outside Old Town, but walkable to there and other locations and sights. Public transport is easy, although we mostly walked everywhere. There are small supermarkets and a convenience store just down the street. The building had a lift. There are two half flights of stairs, as noted. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed in the flat. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay; we hope to return soon.

We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating to our requests. The location is very convenient and most old city features are walkable. Just one suggestion, please keep a fan in the master bed room as well, especially during summer. The AC takes longer to cool. All in all, a wonderful experience and would highly recommended it to others. Thank you again.

Bel appartement, agréable et très fonctionnel, situé à mi-chemin entre la vieille ville et le centre-ville, et à deux pas de la gare de Riga. Idéal pour un séjour en famille afin de découvrir la (belle) capitale de la Lettonie. L’appartement est sous les combles, mais le climat letton ainsi que la climatisation font que ce n’est pas un problème en été. On regrette simplement l’absence d’un micro-ondes, toujours pratique en vacances quand on ne veut pas se lancer dans la cuisine. La société qui gère le logement est réactive et attentive au bien-être des locataires. Bonne adresse.

We had a wonderful time in Riga. The apartment is perfectly located - close to the charming Old Town and also close the the Quiet City Center with lots of good restaurants. Apartment is modern, minimalistic, and beautifully designed, with a cozy, welcoming feel.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment located at the 6 floor, very quiet not so far from the old town, just need to take a tram. There are shops to buy food nearby The bathroom is humid , bad smells coming from the shower. If you don't close the door of the bathroom, you may be effectied by smells in all the apartment. Geweldige plek: proper, mooie inrichting, alles is aanwezig én veilig gevoel. De accommodatie bevindt zich in een gesloten complex. Je kan niet zomaar binnenkomen. Bovendien is het appartement ruim en komt er veel licht binnen. Een echte aanrader voor een langer verblijf. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ik had een fantastische ervaring.

Удобно добраться, удобно, что есть лифт и что квартира находится одна на этаже и из-за этого тихо. Здорово, что есть два комплекта ключей. Белье и полотенца чистые. В целом в квартире было чисто. Огромное спасибо! Я хотела бы вернуться именно в эту квартиру по приезду в Ригу в следующий раз.

Korter oli täpselt nagu piltidel - moderne, ilus ja puhas. Korter asus 7ndal korrusel, kuhu sai hõlpsasti liftiga ligi. Parkimist majutusel ei ole, kuid lähedal on parklad olemas (tasulised). Majutaja vastas väga kiiresti ning mingeid probleeme ei olnud. Super korter!

Great place to stay for a few days in Riga. Centrally located with easy access to Centrs, the old city, the central market and many other places of interest. The apartment is spacious and well designed in terms of practical usage. it is also quiet and peaceful as it is set back in a courtyard away from the main street. Very good value for money and fast response from the owner whenever we had a question.
