2 Bathrooms Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, this exquisite 3 bedroom Old Town apartment with sauna combines modern furnishings with convenient location near the St Peter's church.
Apartment Features:
Three Bedrooms:
First bedroom: Features a king-size bed (180cm) and an additional bed for 2 guests (best for children).
Second Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed and is accessible through a large door from the living room.
Third Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed, walk in closet and the bathroom is attached to this bedroom.
Living Room: Boasts two large sofas that convert into comfortable beds, a SMART TV, and a decorative fireplace (fire cannot be made, but there are some candles for the atmosphere).
Bathrooms:
En-suite Bathroom: Attached to Bedroom 3, fully equipped with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, and dual sinks, as well as a washing machine and a sauna.
Half Bathroom: Accessible from the hall, includes a toilet and sink.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Features a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes and cutlery. A dining table with seating for eight is perfect for family meals.
Modern Conveniences:
Air conditioning in the main living room and master bedroom.
Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
SMART TV
The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to the entire unit
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace serves only as a decor and is not safe to use.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
FOURTH FLOOR:
The apartment is on the fourth floor, there is an elevator in the building.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Old Town, which tend to be quite lively, especially during summer, so some noise is to be expected.

July 2025For a larger group I think you can’t go wrong. There was even more space than it looked on the photos. Plenty of places to sleep and sit around. 2 bathrooms is a plus but only downside I’d say is 1 shower. For us it meant that a lot of time went for just waiting around but that’s more on us than the host. All together beautiful place in a perfect location. Recommended!

The location is brilliant - a quick drive to the airport and in the heart of riga and close to all attractions. Fantastic host - super responsive and proactive with communication and they made everything easy for us !

February 2025This accommodation was perfect for our group’s stay in Riga. The flat is huge and was much larger than we expected. It’s really nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The flat comfortably slept 7 of us with each of us having a bed or large sofa bed to ourselves. Getting in was also super simple with the instructions very clear from the host. The place offers fantastic value for money and I thoroughly recommend it.

February 2025Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen in der Alt Stadt sehr Zentral. Mit dem Auto muss man halt schauen wo man Parkt, die Tarife sind etwas teuer in der Umgebung. Unterkunft war Sauber und geräumig. Genug Platz und die Sauna war ein Plus im Bad. Leider gab es eine große Baustelle in den unteren Stockwerken zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir ankamen. Der Lärm hat am ersten Tag etwas gestört aber zum Glück konnten wir die anderen tage entspannt geniessen.

January 2025Very spacey apartment with three completely private and separate bedrooms, wide corridors, large kitchen and living room. The premises have high ceilings, newly renovated (seems like) with easy elevator access. Warm in the winter, and multiple A/C's for summer. Worth the value..
