This freshly renovated 21 square meter studio apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Riga - a queen size bed (160cm), fresh sheets and towels, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with fridge, stove and basic equipment for cooking, dishwasher, washing machine with built in dryer, bathroom with a shower and toilet, hairdryer and iron.
Apartment is located on 4th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator, but you have to take a few steps to get to the elevator.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to entire unit
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 4th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator.
The windows are facing the street, so some noise is to be expected.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

May 2025Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr ordentlich und liegt in einem Gebäude, wo es nur AirBnB Einheiten gibt. Ich bin um 1 Uhr in der Nacht mit Bus angekomme, somit es war super, dass die Wohnung 10 min. zu Fuss von der Station war. Sie liegt aber auch gleich beim Bus zum Flughafen Die Gastber_innen, waren sehr freundlich und proaktiv Auch die Gegend fand ich spanennd

May 2025Asunto oli hyvällä paikalla ja sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa. Sijainti loistava- lähellä isoa kauppakeskusta ja kauppoja. Asunto oli uuden oloinen, siisti ja kalusteet hyvässä kunnossa. WC siisti hyvillä valoilla varusteltuna mikä oli iso plussa. Ainut mitä voisi vielä lisätä olisi paistinpannu, lautasia enemmän ja leikkuulauta. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä asuntoa

March 2025The apartment was in a very good central location. Everything we needed was in the apartment, as well as a very comfortable bed. All check-in instructions/recommendations and communication were top notch.

March 2025Apartment was very clean and nice. Everything what you might need is in there. The only things that was disturbing a bit - the hooks in the hallway was coming off if something was hung on them and the toilet drain didn’t always work properly. Apart of this we fully enjoyed our stay.
