1 Bathroom Step out and discover Riga’s vibrant city center – just a 5-minute walk to the train and bus stations, and the charming Old Town is right around the corner. Take a stroll to Vērmanes Garden or explore the bustling local cafes and shops nearby.
This freshly renovated 21 square meter studio apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Riga - a queen size bed (160cm), fresh sheets and towels, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with fridge, stove and basic equipment for cooking, dishwasher, washing machine with built in dryer, bathroom with a shower and toilet, hairdryer and iron.
Apartment is located on 4th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator, but you have to take a few steps to get to the elevator.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to entire unit
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 4th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

May 2025Ren , fin och nyrenoverad! Fantastisk boende för pengarna. Det ser ut precis som på bilderna och passar fint för två personer. Ett stort köpcentrum och centrala Riga ligger inom gångavstånd. Värden var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade alltid snabbt. Kan verkligen tänka mig att stanna där flera gånger!

April 2025L'alloggio è molto comodo, molto ben organizzato, pulito e dotato di ogni confort, inclusa la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Silenzioso e in pozione centrale, consente di visitare con facilità la città. Ideale per un breve soggiorno, il monolocale può essere però una buona opzione anche per soggiorni più lunghi, date la completezza delle dotazioni. Ottima e veloce la comunicazione con gli host. Lo consiglio.

February 2025The apartment is good, small but for two people it’s perfect. Location is great for people who want to explore the city. Train station is right around the corner and old city is fiew minute walk away. We had a miss understanding about the apartment, but we quickly arranged the problem. Respose time is great!

January 2025Nice place, close to cheap parking and the city centre, distances are very walkable, liked the place, It’s quite small but enough. Keep in mind there is no microwave or oven which would have been nice. Furniture and the whole flat is new. Cons are the kitchen lamp sometimes doesn’t work but it could also have been user error.
