1 Bathroom Step into the heart of Riga’s Old Town and make yourself at home in this cozy, thoughtfully designed studio—just a 2-minute stroll from St. Peter’s Church and a bus stop to the airport. Whether you're here to explore the city's cobblestone streets, soak in the medieval charm, or simply unwind, this apartment offers the perfect retreat.
Located in a secure building with an elevator, the studio is an inviting space where modern convenience meets traditional charm. The 160 cm double bed ensures a restful sleep, while the sofa bed adds flexibility for extra guests. Enjoy a movie night with the TV, gather around the dining table for a leisurely meal, or prepare your favorite dish in the kitchen—complete with a fridge, electric kettle, stove, and all the basic cookware and utensils you need.
The bathroom offers both a bathtub and shower, so you can choose between a quick refresh or a long soak. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided to keep you looking your best for a night out in the city.
Situated in the middle of Old Town, our apartment places you right at the center of Riga's rich history and vibrant culture. Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the narrow cobblestone streets, surrounded by medieval architecture, charming cafes, and the enchanting atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, one flight of stairs), there is an elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.
Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.

June 2025I had a really great stay at Entrum's apartment. It’s in a central location in the old town, which was perfect. The studio was spacious and had everything I needed – a comfortable bed, a smart TV, everything worked well, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. One small suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, especially during the summer months when it stays light for so long. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I warmly recommend Entrum’s place!
