1 Bathroom Tucked away in a beautifully restored building, this fourth-floor apartment is more than just a place to sleep—it's a place to slow down, unwind, and soak in the charm of Old Riga. Step outside, and you’re instantly immersed in the city’s rich history, just a minute’s walk from St. Peter’s Church and key transport links. Step back inside, and you’ll find your own private escape from the buzz of the cobbled streets below.
Natural light floods the space through the roof windows, creating an airy, open feel throughout the apartment. The living area seamlessly combines a well equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge, making it the perfect spot to gather, cook, or unwind. A cozy reading nook doubles as a second bedroom, featuring a fold-out chair ideal for a child or a quiet afternoon with a book. The master bedroom is a restful retreat, and the bathroom offers both a shower and a bath—whether you need a quick refresh or a long soak.
The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—fresh bed linen, towels, shower gel, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, and a kitchen with cooking essentials. Of course, fast WiFi is included, so you can stay connected while enjoying your Old Town escape.
Then there’s the highlight: your private terrace. A rare treasure in Old Riga, it’s a space to sip coffee in the morning light or enjoy an evening drink. And with an elevator to take you up, there’s no need to worry about the fourth-floor location—just step inside, let the natural light pour in, and enjoy what Riga has to offer.
Situated in the middle of Old Town, our apartment places you right at the center of Riga's rich history and vibrant culture. Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the narrow cobblestone streets, surrounded by medieval architecture, charming cafes, and the enchanting atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
1. Smoking inside the property and on the terrace is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property.
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, one flight of stairs), there is an elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.
Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.

July 2025Fantastic location, close to everything, nice and bright place. The host let us leave our luggage there early and check in was smooth. The flat needs a little bit of maintenance and the beds weren’t made up for the right number of people but overall a good stay. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be a bit too loud for you.

July 2025Loved the place,in the heart of old Town of Riga,walkable everywhere. Responsive host,very helpful as well.Definitely would stay again. The dishwasher didnt work,but they promised to replace with brand new one,so thats another amazing feature to the all ammenities. We stayed for 8 nights,felt like at home. Thank you

July 2025Spent 3 nights at this lovely apartment in a very convenient location in the Old Town. Check-in & check-out was very straightforward, the apartment was very clean and we were provided with soap & towels. We experienced a plumbing related issue where the dishwasher & bathtub leaked water onto the floor - we notified the hosts, who were very quick to respond & help out. They also assured us that they would get it fixed in time for their next booking. So hopefully no one else will have this issue moving forward! Despite the leaks, we still enjoyed our stay here & would absolutely visit again if we find ourselves in Riga in the future.
