The bathroom includes a shower, perfect for a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing rinse after exploring the city.
To make your stay effortless, the apartment comes with everything you need—fresh bed linen, towels, shower gel, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, and all essential cooking equipment. And of course, fast WiFi is included, so whether you're working remotely or planning your next adventure, you’ll stay connected.
Located on the fourth floor with an elevator, this charming studio is a comfortable, well-equipped hideaway in the middle of Old Town—giving you the best of Riga right at your doorstep.
Situated in the middle of Old Town, our apartment places you right at the center of Riga's rich history and vibrant culture. Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the narrow cobblestone streets, surrounded by medieval architecture, charming cafes, and the enchanting atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property.
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, one flight of stairs), there is an elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.
Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025we absolutely loved this place! it was a perfect location, with just a few minutes walk to many of the local cafes, restaurants and sights. it was very clean and well organised. it was a beautiful and spacious apartment, which felt very secure as there was a pin code required for both the apartment block and the lift to the apartment floor. we will definitely return!

August 2025pros: super great location, easy to access with bus 22 from the airport. very clean, access to kitchen utensils and pots and washing machines, large bathroom. photos are accurate the hosts are super nice and responsive. cons: mildly unstable internet but i was out most time so didnt bother me too much definitely would stay again!

Its location is excellent, close to everything and ideal as a starting point for any excursion. It is clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The hosts were responsive and helpful in their communication. Highly recommended!

July 2025Very clean, comfortable, stylish and spacious apartment, in a fantastic location! Most of the sights were within 15 minutes’ walk, and the bus 22 from/to the airport stops just down the road. The apartment faces an inner courtyard so it was quiet despite being near a big road. There is a lift as well, which in our Airbnb experience is quite unusual! We visited during v hot weather and it was stuffy indoors even with the windows open, so we were grateful for the aircon. The hosts were friendly and responsive and kindly let us leave our bags behind for a few hours after checkout as we had a later departure. Overall a great stay and highly recommended!

However, if you’re a local with a car, be aware that parking is only available behind the building and it’s quite expensive, €20 per 24 hours if you don’t know the owner. Also, the cutlery was missing. Overall, everything matched the description.

April 2025A really nice place. Right in the central area of RIga--a quick walk everywhere. Easy to get to from the airport--just take the bus 22. If you are coming in by train---an easy walk to the unit. The place was very clean and is a larger studio. Even has a walk in closet. Has a laundry machine and the owner left a couple of laundry detergent packets for me to use. Very quiet also. Overall a great place and I would highly recommend. I didn't cook anything but the kitchen appeared well stocked.

April 2025Very central, in Old Riga, very close to the airport bus 22 stop. Easy check in, albeit pretty late at 16.00. Small, very warm studio flat with windows facing a courtyard. Comfy bed with crisp white sheets, pillows on the hard side. Bring your own coffee pods, teabags and laundry liquid. Shampoo/body soap provided.
