1 Bathroom Tucked away in the heart of Riga, this stylish studio apartment is your perfect home base for exploring the city. Small (15.5m2) but cleverly designed, the space is both functional and inviting—ideal for solo travelers, digital nomads, or couples seeking a cozy getaway.
A cozy living space with a comfortable sofa bed, a compact yet functional workspace with a desk, and a small kitchen with essential appliances. The closet area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. A sleek and practical bathroom features a shower, WC, sink, and hairdryer.
What truly sets this place apart is its prime location—right in the lively city center, yet offering a peaceful retreat from the buzz. Step outside, and within minutes, you’ll find yourself surrounded by historic streets, trendy cafés, and cultural hotspots.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 3rd floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator. You will have to take rather narrow, historic wooden stairs.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

August 2025If you are looking for the loveliest little place when staying in Riga then this apartment is the One. Just around the corner is the Old Town. And the apartment itself is located in a really peaceful and with a great architecture location. I loved everything about the apartment. Host was also helpful and friendly.

August 2025The space was as pictured and felt cozy; good use of space. The location is really good - close to parks and the center, as well as adjacent residential areas outside of old town. It gets great natural light (but don't expect views). There were minor things that need attention (wifi cuts in and out, missing drying rack, toilet won't fit tall people when seated, duct tape on shower door, battery powered desk lamp doesn't work). Still, I liked it and tried to extend my time there. Would book next time if traveling solo again.

July 2025The location is superb and you can’t beat the price! New, sleek and clean amenities. It seems small in the photos but they did a really good job of providing plenty of storage spaces throughout the apartment. Plus points for a laundry machine!

The location is great at a walkable distance from the Old Town and seems very safe. The place was very clean and cozy. Overall, I would stay again for sure. - Not recommended just for people with mobility issues since there is no elevator and you have to go up 3 floors.

May 2025It was a nice stay in a great location close to the city center The apartment is freshly renovated, very clean and nice The only thing that confused us is the absence of curtains in bathroom - shower cabin and toilet are located in front of the window so it wasn’t really comfortable and we had to use towels to cover the window.

May 2025Pros: excellent location, with access to great cafes, restaurants, parks and shopping malls. Everything, including the Old Town, is within walking distance and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The apartment was easy to find and the host was proactive in providing information for a smooth check-in. Cons: the apartment is really small; okay for one person, but a couple might struggle. Because the kitchen and the bedroom are the same room, the sound from the refrigerator could bother a light sleeper. I was especially unhappy about the many hair I found in the bedding and on the towels. Not necessarily a deal-breaker in my book, but the apartment could definitely use a better clean. Aside from that, in terms of location, it's one of the better ones to find.

April 2025The whole apartment was very nice and tidy. We have also been provided with washing machine capsules, which was really nice. Bathroom was clean, bed was beautifully done and the place smelled nice and fresh. There were no problems in communication and we got clewar instructions allowing for smooth self check-in. I highly recommend. It is close to the city centre and the area felt safe.
