The space

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials—an oven, portable electric stove, fridge, and a selection of dishes and cookware—allowing for effortless home-cooked meals. In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine, ensuring convenience for both short and long stays.
The neighbourhood
The building is located in Liepāja city centre, next to a lutheran church and local market Pētertirgus.
The beach is within 1km walk from the building.
There is a grocery store just around the corner, as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
House rules
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Other things to note
Parking by the building costs 0.70 EUR/h, it is for free from 18:00-08:00 Mon-Sat, and whole Sunday is for free.
There is free street parking available in nearby streets - E. Veidenbauma iela from building #6, Zāļu iela and Palmu iela - all of them are within 2-5 minute walk.
The apartment is on the second floor of the building (one flight of stairs) and there is no elevator in the building.
Bicycles can be stored safely inside the building.
