Situated in the middle of Old Town, our apartment places you right at the center of Riga's rich history and vibrant culture. Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the narrow cobblestone streets, surrounded by medieval architecture, charming cafes, and the enchanting atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, one flight of stairs), there is an elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September. There is an electric heater available for additional heating.
PARKING:
There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.
Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025We stayed in the apartment during the Christmas period and had a very pleasant experience overall. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, the location was excellent, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and well maintained. Communication with the host was friendly and quick, which we really appreciated. One small area for improvement would be the pillows. Unfortunately, they were quite uncomfortable — very firm, too high, and the filling had clumped together, which made resting less comfortable. Replacing them would greatly improve the overall sleeping experience. Overall, a lovely place and a pleasant stay.

December 2025Fantastic location and beautiful spacious apartment. It had everything we needed and was great to have a washing machine and the little things like washing powder and salt and pepper provided. Its location is walking distance to most things, right next to St Peter’s Church which has a viewing platform for stunning city views. Bathrooms were wonderful and it was a plus to have a bath after longs days of walking. Apartment was cozy warm and not too much noise - just people walking around above. Would recommend and we look forward to returning one day!

December 2025This apartment was absolutely gorgeous. It was also spotless. The bathroom especially is stunning. Your steps away from everything. Convenient to the airport and bus station. The host were really prompt in getting back to me about things. The view was amazing. The Christmas market was a six minute walk. Tons of restaurants and shopping close by. I really wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the apartment. I would most definitely stay here again!

November 2025Lovely, spacious, modern apartment with the Old Town literally on your doorstep. Moments from restaurants, shops and attractions, yet the apartment is very quiet and insulated from the outside world. The bus from the airport stops right at the bottom of the road where the apartment can be found. The apartment was very clean. I loved the glamorous brown tiles in the two bathrooms! The fireplace isn’t real - it’s just a decorative mantlepiece - but that’s not a criticism (l’m just pointing it out in case someone was hoping for an open fire). Be careful opening the floor-to-ceiling windows as it would be very easy to fall out of them! But opened carefully, you have a lovely view of St Peter’s church. There’s a lift which needs a code to activate (supplied by Entrum). There are two keypads. Use the bottom one. I had a great stay and would be happy to stay here again if ever l visited Riga again. Thanks.

August 2025Entrum’s apartment is well located, very walkable to many nearby sightseeings. Easy access to public transportation. Very spacious, clean, many storage, quiet. It has everything we need to feel home away home. Entrum is very responsive and helpful. It’s a team managing renter’s needs. Sometimes, communication might be a little off but not any issue if you follow through with your questions or requests. Overall, they are all very helpful.

August 2025We stayed in the apartment for two nights and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Although check-in was at 4 PM, the host was flexible and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment from 11 AM, which we really appreciated. Communication with the host was quick, smooth, and helpful throughout. We can warmly recommend this place!

July 2025We are 4 traveling to Riga from Helsinki by car. Two of us were over 70 years old. It was a smooth checking-- Entrum team was incredibly responsive and professional. And especially one of us has walking disabilities, the elevator was a much needed relief. The flat was spacious and clean, minimalistic design. Sleeping on the sofa bed was fine for 2 nights. I love the church view right outside the windows, and the late night berger place and midival tavern place right in the next street. One small source of stress was parking-- we drove from Finland all the way to Latvia and we had limited information about the Euro parking rules near the apartment. It turned out to be fine, but we just had a lot of stress trying to figure out back at home.

June 2025Es ist eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmern im Herzen der Altstadt von Riga. Alles ist sauber und in top Zustand. Auch die Detail wie die Regenschirme, Waschmaschine mit Pads und alles andere haben uns sehr gefallen. Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar. Ich denke einer der best gelegensten Orte in Riga. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und werden gern wieder kommen und bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft

May 2025This was a very spacious apartment right at the edge of the old city. The hosts (it’s a group that manages vacation apartments) were responsive and provided clear instructions. It’s very conveniently located near public transport to the airport and elsewhere in the city. The apartment is light, has everything for your stay, the bed is on the firm side, and the old city is right out the door. Would recommend.

Dishwasher and washing machine. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk. All roads seem to lead to our apartment. Good local restsurants and bars. The big deep bath in a luxurious looking bathroom was a bonus! 2 bathrooms if you needed them.
