The open-concept living area includes a kitchen and a cozy sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. Whether you’re streaming a movie on the smart TV or prepping dinner with fresh finds from the local market, everything is close at hand—Wi-Fi, induction stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes, and basic cookware included.
The bathroom is clean and functional with a modern shower, sink, and toilet, plus a hairdryer for convenience. A washing machine in the hallway and an iron with an ironing board mean you can travel light without sacrificing essentials.
This apartment is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or friends looking to experience Riga with a sense of style and a touch of calm.
This apartment is located in one of Riga’s most enchanting districts — the Art Noveau quarter. Walking these streets is like strolling through an open-air museum: ornate facades, mythic faces peering down from rooftops, and intricate ironwork around every corner. It’s an inspiring place to stay, and somehow still manages to feel like a neighborhood, not a tourist zone.
You're just a 15-minute walk from Riga Old Town, where cobblestones meet medieval towers, cozy cafés, and buzzing squares. For culture lovers, the Latvian National Museum of Art and the Riga Art Nouveau Museum are within 5–10 minutes on foot.
Concert-goers and sports fans will appreciate being only:
10 minutes walk to Arena Riga (concerts, hockey, events), and just one minute walk to Skonto Stadium.
For your daily essentials or spontaneous cravings, a variety of grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants are just around the corner.

1. Smoking inside the property and on the patio is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests will have full access to entire unit
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
There is also a parking lot that costs 10 EUR for 24 hours around the corner.
Apartment is located on the ground floor, the patio faces inner courtyard, which the neighbours use to access their apartments.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Smoking on the patio is strictly prohibited! Penalty fees apply (view house rules).

It was very cozy and beautifully designed - not only the apartment itself but also the outside area were really nice. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super cozy, and everything was clean and welcoming. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Overall, everything was really, really nice - we truly enjoyed our stay!

July 2025I am not a fan of professional listings, but this place and the staff contradicted all of my misconceptions. The staff answered quickly to all queries, the directions to get in were impeccable and the place tastefully done up. The flat had everything you could need - washer, drying rack, terrace, hair dryer, pots and pans, etc. The neighbourhood (art deco district) is beautiful, near to restaurants and cafes; the old city is only a 10 minute walk away. Thanks a bunch to Entrum for being such great and thoughtful hosts.

April 2025Nice place to stay with good transport links and shops not far away. Flat was in a very good condition and as advertised. Everything was clean and prepared for the visit. One has to be mindful that entrance is from the Mengalvju street. Some additional charging ports near the bed would be great but otherwise nothing to complaint about.
