The space
The space is simple but functional, with a 140cm double bed, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking—featuring a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction stove, Philips Senseo coffee machine, and all the basics. You’ll also find a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board for longer stays or travel light enthusiasts.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment faces an inner courtyard, occasionally visited by parked cars and courtyard chatter. The window doesn’t let in much sunlight, and the walls carry some of the building’s stories—neighbors included. That said, it’s a private, budget-conscious place to land between city adventures.

1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
