1 Bathroom Right in the middle of Riga’s Old Town, this apartment sits on one of the city’s busiest pedestrian streets, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and historic sites. It’s a great base for exploring the city on foot and soaking up the local energy — especially in the evenings, when the area comes alive.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave, Philips Senseo coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, and basic cooking gear (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery), and a bar stool for two.
There’s a smart TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment. The bathroom is compact and includes a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. There is also an iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The apartment is simple and practical — ideal for travelers who want to stay right in the middle of Riga’s historic center.
Situated in the middle of Old Town, our apartment places you right at the center of Riga's rich history and vibrant culture. Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the narrow cobblestone streets, surrounded by medieval architecture, charming cafes, and the enchanting atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
There is a door in the living room which connects to another apartment, which also hosts our guests. The door is safely locked.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
The building is located at the beginning of a pedestrian street and there is no parking by the building. There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.
There is cheaper street parking within 7-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.
Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.

July 2025Place was as described. Clean apartment and good location for exploring Riga. All basic facilities provided including coffee and tea. Professionally hosted so communication between guests, cleaners and with the person who was responsible for messaging was not in time and accurate. There was still previous guests in the apartment when we were told that we could leave our luggage. Everything needed to be asked by guest, no proactive communication, mostly automated messages. Good value for money, but felt disappointed with the communication and check in after long voyage.

July 2025Wow! What a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Old Town Riga. If you want to be where the action is, this is the place for you. With the windows closed, we found the apartment to be quiet when we wanted, but please note that if you open the windows, and it's evening, you will hear the outside festivities. We didn't mind it when cooking and eating dinner and welcomed the location. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of room to relax or spread out. The kitchen space was great and had ample pots/pans for cooking. Having coffee provided is always a plus, too! The bathroom was large and modern, and the bed comfortably fit two people. The hosts responded quickly and also gave detailed check-in instructions, making it easy to find and get in. We would definitely stay here again when in Riga.

June 2025Tudo estava como descrito, apenas a entrada geral do prédio um pouco descuidada, pelo facto da porta de entrada principal não estar trancada, apesar de termos um código de acesso. O acesso estava bastante sujo, incluindo restos de comida. Este é único motivo pelo qual não dei a pontuação máxima. No entanto, o apartamento estava impecável, e uma vez no apartamento tudo ok.

May 2025Can’t fault the location right in the centre of old town. Apartment is brand new and done to a high spec. We were using items for the very first time which was great, but also came with some teething issues e.g check-in (had to call because instructions weren’t sent) and batteries not in remote; no harm done and host was very easy to get hold of. Again, location is the biggest plus, but don’t expect whisper quiet as it’s right on the busy pedestrian streets, didn’t keep us awake though. I didn’t see it mentioned, but there is a powerful vacuum cleaner in the apartment, great for vacuum packed luggage. Two people stayed, and the layout of the apartment means the living room acts as like another private bedroom as it has kitchen in between, one of the best setups we have stayed in with a living room bedroom.

May 2025Unfortunately the first instructions of how to get to the apartment was wrong, however that solved itself quickly with fast communication by the host. The living room with the bed sofa (prepare for a very hard mattress) is towards the very loud street. My teenager slept very good and was not at all disturbed by anything, so this all depends on who sleeps there of course. The bedroom is very quiet with a comfy bed
