1 Bathroom This bright 6th-floor studio is located on one of Riga’s main streets, offering easy access to public transport and just a 10-minute walk from Old Town. While some street noise is audible, the higher floor helps keep it at a distance — making it a convenient yet relatively calm place to stay in the city center.
The studio is designed for two guests and makes smart use of space. It includes a double bed, a small dining area with two chairs, and plenty of storage for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials: electric stove, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, Philips Senseo coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery — everything you need to prepare simple meals.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board is also available.
Please note: the building has an elevator, but it stops at half floors, so you’ll need to walk up or down half a flight of stairs to reach the apartment.
A practical and well-located space for travelers who want to stay close to the action without being right in the middle of it.
Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-10 minutes walk). There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 10 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Parking:
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Dzirnavu 111 Europark parking lot, costing 10.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Other details to note:
Apartment is located on 6th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator, but it stops at half-floors, so you will have to take half a flight of stairs up or down.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
