1 Bathroom Located on the top floor of a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 6th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the sixth floor (first floor = ground floor, five flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.

June 2025The Apartment is located near City Center and is easy to reach especially via the Main-Bus-Station and the Railway Station. Check-In was easy and Kommunikation was quick and easy. However, the walls are not very soundproof. Those with sleeping difficulties might have problems, in case neighbours are a bit noisy.

May 2025Были первыми жильцами в этом апартаменте,если выбираете жильё этого владельца,то молите быть уверены в полном соответствии всего описания убедившись по факту,если вы такие же туристы которые приехали на уикенд на концерт,и не знаете города,то владелец с радостью вам всем поможет и сообщит всю нужную вам информацию,касательно трансфера,доставки,всего что только вам будет угодно,сам апартамент находиться в изумительном месте в центре,в пешей доступности от которого все локальные достопримечательности,рестораны,бары,остановки,и всё что вам только нужно,если вы попали на объявления данного владельца,и оно ещё свободно,то бронируйте не думая,лучше апартаментов по лучшему Прайсу вы просто не найдёте,весь наш холдинг будет оставаться только у вас,ждите много наших друзей в ближайшее время,спасибо вам за всё,до скорой встречи !?
