1 Bathroom Located on the top floor of a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 6th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the sixth floor (first floor = ground floor, five flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.

July 2025Everything was very perfect. It’s exactly like the description, and the pictures taken of the place. The place has a very nice view of the river. It was super clean, and every amenity was right there, and available. There was even extra things that we could use for cleaning if there was anything. The location is also very great, it’s close to everything. There’s a central market near, there were good restaurants near us, and there was a bus stop close to the location. Line 22 stops at the bus stop which is perfect for us because we came directly from Riga Airport. The host was very responsive and they were giving good information before check in, they were asking us if everything was okay, and they sent us check out instructions which were very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this place for everyone as it was perfect in even aspect, even I would come back. :)

May 2025Well this room has a stunning view of the river facing the bridge. the studio is well equipped with all that you would need. it is clean and the host is very responsive. it has a smart TV. two things to keep in mind is reading the description very carefully as they do not have heating and cooling on in certain period of the year.Secondly this place is not ideal for people who do not love climbing steps. We were based on the fifth floor and had to walk up and down every day 120 steps. this location of the studio is walkable to the old town center and museums /nightlife. the whole building is nice and quiet and is equipped with good security CCTV.
